      I most probably been to this place for oil change and repair more than 4 times. Anywho, on June 16th 2021 I paid $653 to have my A/C and Condenser removed and replaced. Great.. right? Well, a month or less later my A/C blew up again. (7/30/2021) This time round I involved my insurance because I didn't have the money for expensive repairs. Well, my insurance decided to have their own repair guy check out what's going on with the 'new' condenser that was replaced by Kwik Kar. Your guess is as good as mine, it was badly placed and they did a shoddy job. I had my car fixed and later decided to drive by Kwik Kar to air my disappointment. Lord have mercy, the 'manager ' was rude, very dismissive and was like your warranty is null and void when they (the other mechanics) fixed your car. Fine Mr. manager, but can you at-least admit y'all are shoddy and a scam? Oh and apparently whoever fixed my car doesn't work there no more -unnecessary information that I didn't care for. To be honest a refund was not my ultimate priority- i just needed an honest apology on their part and empathy from them. Well, let me save your money. Do not give this people your time or money. Do not..especially if you're a woman- this is not the place. I lost my $600 and I hope this review saves someone their money.

      The. Absolute. Worst. These people at the facility are unprofessional and will swindle you. Fortunately I had documentation and started contacting the Kwik Kar Corporate office and was able to get them to honor the warranty. James and Chris both do things like lie, hang up the phone, yell at you, threaten customers etc. and both of these individuals should be fired before Kwik Kar ends up getting sued because of the liability both of them create. Without describing a long story I will say I was able to prove through documentation that they attempted to present false information to get out of a warranty claim on my AC system. I had to go to corporate Kwik Kar to get this addressed. When asked for a copy of the receipt for prior repairs conducted they initially refused to give it to me. Later when confronted about the information I had proving they put false information on the receipt in an attempt to void the warranty claim they first said because I went to corporate they wouldn't repair the car, then they hung up the phone. They also claimed because I had another mechanic evaluate and diagnose the problem proving they didn't fix it the first time, that it also voided the warranty. All BS claims that most people would be turned away. These guys are bullies and need put in their place. I hope Kwik Kar reads this at the corporate level and addresses the problem. In the meantime I would suggest NEVER bring your car to these people as my experience demonstrates unless you are ready to fight and have evidence and documentation that they will attempt to defraud you the consumer.       Unfortunately we know all of these claims are untrue. We were helpful, understanding, and hard working in trying to fix your vehicle. The job that needed to be warrantied was long and tedious but was successful. We simply corrected an error one of our hardworking and dedicated employees made months ago by inputting an incorrect number accidentally. So we are sorry that after all of our hard work in getting everything worked out for you so that you can have a working AC, you feel taken advantage of. Our employees have continued to do everything in their power with the resources that they have to help each and every one of our customers. We will continue to grow and excel as a company and work toward a brighter future.

      Notice how the response from the business completely is non-responsive to the facts that I provided. I did not say that the repair was not complete. The problem is the behaviors of the employees that are in management at the facility. Threatening to not fix the vehicle because I contacted the corporate office, yelling and screaming at me and also hanging up the phone and refusing to act in a professional manner are all issues that the response of the business fails to acknowledge or address. Nothing I stated is untrue but nice try trying to deflect with your answer. Your business practices and the behavior that I encountered is unacceptable
