March 9 I went in for oil change and state inspection. Service Tech said the State Inspection software was down, i could come back another time. I asked if he could do the oil change and top off all the fluids and he said yes. So I said ok please do oil change. 1. ******** change was complete I asked again if he topped of the fluids and he said no, the machine was broken. 2. I could see they didn't check the tire pressure, and I am not confident about any other items they usually complete during an oil change. 3. they wouldn't take my coupon off of the phone, he said they needed a print-out. I said in the past they wouldn't take a print-out. He finally gave me a $10 discount instead of the $15 discount on my phone.4. When I got back in the car there was a strong smell of what i thought was exhaust fumes. I should have asked the service tech but i was already upset. 5. I drove down the street to another service station, hoping the smell would clear out but it didn't. 6. At the next Service Station (Kwik Kar at Vista Ridge) I said i needed a state inspection, and that I had just had the oil changed at another location and there was a strong smell, and I wasn't sure what happened. Their service tech opened the hood, and the oil cap was not screwed back on, so oil had spewed all up onto the hood, as well as through the vents and onto my windshield. I have pictures.7. That service tech cleaned up the oil as best as he could, and also made sure there was enough oil still in the car. They also completed the state inspection.8. I want a refund for the $86.87 oil change I paid for at the Valley Ranch Kwik Kar as I don't think they should be paid for an incomplete job. Also i am not sure how much oil got into my air vents and filters, as I had the air conditioner and fan blowing on high to get rid of the smell before I knew it was from the oil cap being left off.9. I reported this information to Kwik Kar Valley Ranch but no response. Invoice #****-0005034

Been a long time customer. Took my car in for an inspection. Never coming back.Employee brought my cabin filter and my engine filter for me to see. Told me my engine filter is clean. Why would you need to show me my filter is clean? Then said my cabin filter was dirty and he could replace it for 60 dollars. I politely declined and he literally stomped off like a child. When I received my car back and turned on my AC. Dust and dirt blew into the cabin. I opened my glove box and he had installed the filter backwards. The employee installed my cabin filter backwards as revenge for not buying the replacement.Helpful O Thanks 0 Love this 0 Oh
