    On October 21, 2021, BBB has identified a pattern in consumer complaints regarding the marketplace behavior of this company, Panini America Inc.

    Specifically, BBB has received complaints alleging that Panini America:

    received payment for purchases of multi-card packs of sports trading cards containing redemptions for "high-value" player cards that Panini America had failed to honor,
    that customers who have sent in damaged trading cards or other sports memorabilia to Panini America for replace and/or appraisal have not been returned to said customers,
    that orders for purchases have gone unfulfilled and undelivered for months or years to date, and
    Panini America has ignored customer service requests for refunds without further redress to customers.

    On October 21, 2021, BBB sent both postal mail and email correspondence Panini America Inc. requesting their cooperation in resolving the pattern of complaints. BBB also requested any documentation regarding and/or confirming all affiliated businesses operating under or in conjunction with Panini America Inc.

    On August 25, 2023, Panini America responded to the original BBB inquiry regarding this pattern of complaints. Panini America is currently cooperating with BBB to address this inquiry.

      On April 17,2023 I was added to the White box list for 2 white boxes (see attached email confirmation, also have voicemail recording available). I received one of the white boxes in February 2024. Since then, I called and spoke with multiple agents (Randy, Edward, and Jason to name a few) who all assured me that I was on the list and would still be receiving my 2nd white box but likely a delay because of the sport (soccer). I continued to followup and kept being told all these different reasons why it hasn’t been sent, but that yes, I was still on the list (line ****) and due for it. As I continued to call and followup, all of a sudden was told that now they were not going to honor the 2nd white box because they can replace some of the cards (initially I was never told they were 2 separate orders) and that now the cards (after over a year) don’t value for a white box. They sent me 3 of the replacement cards, which also came damaged (these photos were sent to customer agent Jay). I continued to request the white box that I was offered over a year ago and continued to be told no. This has been extremely frustrating as I have been waiting over a year for the 2nd white box and on top of that have been lied to, given the run around, and eventually ignored. At this time, I would like Panini to honor the original email from April 2023 and please send me the 2nd white box they promised me so we can put an end to this ordeal.

      Terrible company, they just don't care if you get screwed out of cards as long as they get there money. My receipt and box top got lost bit they don't care.
