On October 5th: I was scheduled for a tour of the ********* **** facility. I met with Samantha G*******. I advised Samantha that my child, Mia had Autism. I even made the comment that she might have a bit of a rough transition but nothing that wouldn't calm down after a few days or week or so. She said that was ok. The tour took less than 30 mins and I was told I would get an email with the application. Which I did. Financially, I was not ready to immediately start my child. It was not until Halloween Day, October 31st that I filled out the paperwork on the email I was sent on Oct 5th. I called and made sure there was still room in their 3 y/o room, they told me yes. So I filled out the paperwork again mentioning on the paperwork that my child has autism, and followed up. To which Samantha advised me it can take 1-2 business days to get it in the system... It was not until 3 full days later that I was contacted. Thursday, November 3rd Samantha called me and told me my information was received and asked when I would like to start my child. I asked her if the following day (Friday, Nov 4) was ok but she told me no because she STILL needed to get the information in the system and was not sure if she could do it by the end of the day... Fine. So we agreed that my child would start on Monday, November 7th. This was also my first date of employment at my new job. I called in the morning again speaking with Samantha about making payment for the registration fee ($125) and the first weeks tuition ($170) which she took happily over the phone. After that, Mia was dropped off at the center by her grandmother. I did not hear from the center for the entire day. So I assumed everything was going ok. When I went to pick my child up, I was greeted by a completely different person. She stated she was the director and her name was Adrienne Coleman. Adrienne advised me she did not and DOES not look at the paperwork for a child until a registration fee is paid and since I didn't
