I have been trying to find an auto loan. Found that ********** could possibly help me finance an used car. I filled out an application and they advised me to get my credit score from TransUnion. I went and submitted that request thinking I possibly might have a chance to get that loan. I had to pay $29.95 for that report. After that, I was informed they could not help. To me this looks like a scam. I am on limited income and they took advantage of me!! So please do not do business with them. Consumers Beware!!Review from Am D

Ugh the website doesn't work at all. Went through application, set up password, got email confirmation and other emails saying I had loan offers and need to log in to see them. Went to login using the correct email and the password I JUST set up and it said invalid. I hit the reset button, got the email to reset my password, but when I click the link it takes me back to the login page and same loop happens, saying invalid. Tried submitting a message through the "Contact **" link, and got yet ANOTHER error message. There's no phone number to call so it seems very suspicious. If I actually did get loan offers there's no way to see them. Seems like just a creative way to get people's SSN.Review from Jennifer B

I was going to have this company refinance my car loan. But after reading everything on here, I changed my mind. What a shame! I didnt think there could b anyone worse the the loan company I have now. Like I said, what a shame!Review from Krista F

Applied for an auto loan and am trying to get in touch with someone. Was sent tons of emails to links that lead nowhere. When I call, I get hung up on. This is VERY frustrating and needs to be addressed!

Like other people here, I attempted to shop around for a good rate. Now the people that associate with MyAutoLoan are calling me and there is no way for me to get them to stop. It is almost harassment at this point. Obviously I am not doing business with them, and I got my loan elsewhere. But this is a huge red flag and makes me suspicious that this company is predatory. Even if you have a good rate, do not use this business. It has been over a week of this harassment that MyAutoLoan has exposed us to which is why I got fed up enough to post here. If this company wants to do the right thing, they need to stop quoting fine print at the people who leave complaints. Instead, offer a way for us to opt out.
