I have had my braces on for 2-3 years I went in to fix my bite and overcrowding They said I was almost done with my treatment last year and I told them I still had overcrowding, teeth being crooked some looked shorter the the others also started to develop *** and the problems still continued I went to two other orthodontics for a second opinion I was told I have a class 1 bite on my right and a class 2 bite on my left side, overcrowding and other things that need to be fix I was told also that the class 2 bite was probably making the *** that I have worse when I brought up how my teeth weren't properly lining up (class 2 bite) in the pass at story dental I was told that they would probably settle on their own At one point I almost ended up having *** surgery which turns out that I might not need after I get the class 2 bite correct.I was told by the second orthodontist to help with my class 2 bite I would need rubber bands which have never been use or mentioned during my treatment l asked if i could get part of my money back since there's treatment that wasn't provided that was added to the bill for example retainers and not fixing my teeth properly in the end and now needing to go to someone that can actually correct my teeth properly and having to pay again for treatment. which I was told No Because I didn't want to continue treatment with them because I don't feel comfortable to continue letting them mistreat my teeth especially after finding out that the treatments they needed to do where simple like rubber bands for my class 2 bite and being told that it can make *** worse Im only asking for a portion of my money back I find it unfair and unjust that Im having to pay again for proper treatment and not getting the proper care and treatment by story dental I paid around around 2,500-3,000 (Site its not letting me upload pictures)
