      I have been here at my address since last year and my light bill was great until the last two or three months. The last two bills are over ****** each my husband is the only one working do to my and my son have health issues. I told them I could pay my bill on the 24 of the month. The man told me that I had until Aug 21 if it dont get paid they will cut my lights off. They told me they would not wait until the 24 to receive my payment. They would cut my lights off then I received my new bill and it had my past due and my new bill on it and its over ****** and they want to take it all on the 4 th day of Aug. Im sorry but when your husband only gets one check a month its hard to do. They dont care and dont understand that part. With my health issues and my sons we can not stand the hot weather. I feel like I am being taken for more then I can afford.

      Ended my contract in the grace ******* This robbing company charged me three electric bills in less than 30 days even though I am no longer a customer. Having to cancel my credit card to get them to stop STEALING from me.

      Thank you for the feedback. We see that the services were cancelled on 1/9/2023. Your normal billing cycle ended on 1/7/2023 and the regular monthly statement went out on 1/10/2023. A final bill for usage between 1/7/2023 and 1/9/2023 was sent out on 1/12/2023 which included the balance forward from the 1/10/2023 statement. There was not a 3rd bill sent within 30 days. Thank you for your business and we look forward to having you as a customer again in the future!

      You charged my crew card three times in less than 30 days. You lie. I have the statements.

      The payment for the regular December statement dated 12/9/2022 was received on 12/27/2022, the payment for the regular January statement dated 1/10/2023 was received on 1/25/2023, and the payment for the final bill dated 1/12/2023 was received on 1/29/2023. Two of these payments were for regular billing cycles and the last payment was for the final bill.

      Stay far away from this company. They price *****, customer service are rude, supervisors are rude and hang up, they refuse to work with you. Never in my life have I've received an almost $700 bill. I have lived in a 2 story and payed less, I've lived in a home with holes and poor insulation and paid less. Literally the worst company ever.

Please keep in mind that the current market rates have increased significantly in comparison to the past few years. Your account reflects historical usage ranging from 2,000-3,000 kWh in the summer months, which can cause an unexpected increase in bills. Additionally, no payments have been processed on the account except for the first bill, which caused the account to accrue late fees. We offer payment options to assist customers in paying their invoices.

      Yeah, no. Don't even try that. The bill was close to $700 when received it. If this allowed me to upload photos I gladly would. Now as for working with customers that is blatant lie. Try again.
