New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. Response

Good afternoon ****************,
Regarding the initial service request for your Maytag Dishwasher, the reported issue was "Not Cleaning the Dishes." This request was sent for service to the manufacturer, who assigned a Manufacturer Authorized Technician to assess your unit. The Technician concluded that "TESTED UNIT FOUND NO ISSUES AT THIS TIME UNIT RUNNING TO SPECS."
Upon receiving the report from the servicer that no issue was found, the contract was temporarily suspended until the services paid by New Leaf were reimbursed, as this is not covered by your Service Contract Agreement. Only Electrical or Mechanical Failures are covered by your Service Contract.
New Leaf has suggested arranging a second opinion to determine if the initial diagnosis was incorrect, with the possibility of waiving the charge. However, this was initially declined by you. While we understand your frustration, New Leaf has taken all necessary steps to ensure that you are provided with the best course of action for resolution.
