    The company never fulfilled the obligation to repair the unit and service the unit as per our warranty contract six months and they're still not corrected unit as a result the unit damage worse than original. Also as a result, I had electrical problems as per the instruction, kept on resetting the circuit breaker. I've called numerous times to only get stories last call the person told me they lost all the paperwork concerning the situation. At this point I paid $280 to have my electrical repaired and $1080 to repair the subzero if they cannot repair it I am sure up to the total value of the unit of $9000. I'm only seeing what I paid out because I want to finish with this company I have other service contracts with them and if I get paid this money I will completely be finished with them. Not a honorable company is my other units break. I will not be calling them for repair as they do not fulfill that obligation

    Stay far away from this company. We paid for the extended warranty on our Maytag dishwasher. The food gets baked on the dishes and glasses come out dirty and smudged. Service professional showed up, said whatever the problem was, and he didn't know what the problem was, wasn't covered under the warranty and he left. Great. So we hand wash our dishes and use the dishwasher to sterilize them until it dies and we can buy a better one. And then two months later we receive a bill for the service call because they can't find the problem. The service call to see if what was wrong with our not working dishwasher was covered under the warranty that we've already paid for. They refuse to make the charge go away. Now they are sending out a second technician and if he can't find the source of the problem the charge stays, even though that is not the resolution we wanted. Will keep you posted. I gave them a one star rating because they I couldn't leave zero stars.

    Good afternoon ****************,

    Regarding the initial service request for your Maytag Dishwasher, the reported issue was "Not Cleaning the Dishes." This request was sent for service to the manufacturer, who assigned a Manufacturer Authorized Technician to assess your unit. The Technician concluded that "TESTED UNIT FOUND NO ISSUES AT THIS TIME UNIT RUNNING TO SPECS."

    Upon receiving the report from the servicer that no issue was found, the contract was temporarily suspended until the services paid by New Leaf were reimbursed, as this is not covered by your Service Contract Agreement. Only Electrical or Mechanical Failures are covered by your Service Contract. 

    New Leaf has suggested arranging a second opinion to determine if the initial diagnosis was incorrect, with the possibility of waiving the charge. However, this was initially declined by you. While we understand your frustration, New Leaf has taken all necessary steps to ensure that you are provided with the best course of action for resolution.
