              I have been Regal Plastic customer for over 10 years and i have never seen a worst branch manager work at that branch. I ordered 5ftx12ft acrylic and requested to have it engraved. I paid $1000 for the sheet n $450 to engrave the sheet. It turned out your tech guy engraved the name of the business backward. I have ordered 2 sheets in past with the same similar *************** name engraved and they did it correctly. I called ur branch manager I need him to ********** another one or refund my money back. He said it's not fault because the sheet was too big. I have never heard a lame excuse. If the sign was too big and he was unable to do it, he should not accept the job.

              Purchased the standard system to cover my pergola. Got lots of "popping" from the plastic cover. Ross H***, their CYP Account Executive sent me an email stating that if I upgraded to their Premium system, that the popping would go away. So I agreed to pay an additional $1127, over and above the $3500 I had spent already. They removed the standard system, and installed the new system. Still making the same noice. *************, an authorized dealer for Regal Plastics, installed the new premium system, under the supervision of Ross H***. Nothing has been done, so will have to leave it to the courts to recover my money for this defective product. Steer away from this product.

              As we informed your contractor *************, we are refunding you in full for your purchase. There are issues with your existing structure that they are unwilling to fix and therefore our product will not work for you. As a customer driven business, we would never make this your problem, but we do recommend you work with a different contractor in the future.
