August 2021-May 2023 Service been in & out for duration of service , the agents whenever able get through are kind, but the service is horrible and I truly want port but afraid of losing my number Ive had for years. Especially after reading all the complaints it grieves me theyre making millions of failure to deliver adequate service. From basically August until April I wasnt able chat just put in queue for hours, even overnight waking up still queued. I would appreciate a minimum of 50% of my money back and some accessories for all the frustration and tears from being so stress. So just this morning and its the 13th of May at 2:45 a.m. Im typing this complaint after being resent back to beginning of chat over and over starting at about 8ish to just about two hours ago. But you can believe your service will be off if none pay. There was a moment was hard to even pay and had to chat. Ive been forced to upgrade but supposedly at the grandfather rate $25 and stay in party plan. My children are so outdone with me having constant issues; so now Im having to pay two phone bills to be able have a reliable phone because I am working away from hometown most of the time. So my son put me on his ******* line.
