      I have been using MG gloves for about 5-6 years and think they are great. Well made, very soft and durable and they have a nice fit for me. I find them less expensive than the competition and would buy them over Callaway, which I used to buy through ******* I do not have any experience with their other products so I have no comment, except I really like their gloves and will continue to buy them (i normally do it through Amazon).

      Ordered 2 gloves with personalization and the writing came upside down! When their customer service **** said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do, I mailed the gloves back with a note to the company President saying how disappointed I was with their response, that if I kept the gloves, I would be aggravated each time I used them and, again, requested that new gloves with the correct personalization be sent to me. I then got a call from customer service offering me two options:1. They would send the 2 gloves I had just returned back to me with the upside down printing.I had advised them in writing this was not acceptable!2. Since the gloves were of no use to them, they would give me a refund only after they deducted a restocking charge. If the gloves are no use to them, why would they charge me a restocking chargemakes no sense.Im done trying to do business with them.

      I have ordered many items from MG Golf over the years but had a terrible experience with their range finder. Had the unit for a month, it was giving multiple distance readings and then went blurry. I called and spoke with ***************** they gave me a return authorization. I spent $26 to return the $100 unit by ***** They returned it back to me ??? and merely said it had been dropped and would not be covered by their warranty. It had not been dropped! I have had ******** range finders that I paid $100-$125 for and they have fallen off the cart multiple times or been thrown in the cart storage area for years and are still working today. MG Golf did not stand behind their equipment. Not a happy golfer!

      I have used their golf ***** for years and been very happy!!! However their range finder is a piece of crap--it is good for finding the distance to the trees behind the green but rarely can zoom in on the flagstick for a precise distance--I called and they said to send it in for inspection and a refund--they told me it had a **** in the range finder, which can not be true on my end as I only used it once and never ever dropped the range finder--now their customer service has gone silent and will not return emails at all--they do not care at all for their customers once they make a sale--WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I HAD A CHOICE OF ZERO STARS!!!!

      Probably doesn't make a difference, because no one in customer service or even management seems to care. I have bought a ton of stuff from MG, and no real issues( bad print job on some balls, returned with a fight)but boy once you have a legitimate complaint about something, they dummy up. I will swear by their Dynagrip Elite glove, perfect fit, soft and extremely durable! But I bought a new hat marker and wear it once on a brand new Titleist hat, bang, rust spot, $50 hat ruined, I called, got the runaround, sent pictures and dates, 2 plus weeks no response, I call, they don't care, no apologies, no meager $8.50 cent refund, so, for me only the gloves until they screw that up. Sad, I thought this was a decent company, but nope, just another- take your money- and you get what you get, and don't call cuz we don't care. Just shameful!

      The golf gloves are decent. Beware though, if anything is on backorder, they will charge you shipping twice. I ordered 8 gloves; 6 for me, and 2 for my wife. I was charged 6.50 for shipping when my gloves shipped, and then another 6.50 when they shipped my wife's 2 gloves. Most reputable companies will not charge you shipping twice when back orders are finally filled.

      I have ordered equipment and golf balls from this company in the past but will never do so again. I ordered a range finder from them because of the quality of the other equipment. Due to the rude and excessively unprofessional attitude of their customer service director (at least she indicated that is who she was) I cannot and will not ever recommend them again. They have a good ball and most of the other items I have ordered were ok. Unfortunately the rangefinder that I ordered did not meet expectations. I called for instructions to return the item and requested a refund. This lady told me that I had told them that I wanted to have the item inspected. That is why they sent me a another rangefinder. I was shocked when on showed up in the mail yesterday. I wanted to make sure that I was clear about needing and wanting a refund so I asked her how I needed to document with her company that I was requesting a refund. It was at this time that she became rude and argumentative. I warn anyone not to do business with them in the future.

      for a number of years I have bought their gloves and considered them good value. However, as soon as I had some customized work done they failed! I received the gloves and the images were blurred. I sent them numerous emails and they responded by demanding more information. I provided them with images etc. They claim that they attempted to call me. If they did they did not leave a message. I then contacted them and they said they are not responsible for the image they printed and they would not replace or refund anything. That is not good customer service and I will not be able to give they gloves to clients or prospects. MGs' unwillingness to work with me means I will never do business with them again and will have to let everyone I know about my bad (and expensive) experience with them. They just don't care.
