UNRELIABLE COMPANY. I received the referral from a neighbor who in the end also had issues with the company. I have a paid in full contract with Platinum Final Touch. The contract was extensive to include both downstairs and upstairs. On top of the remodel contract I additionally paid for a granite slab tho outfit the bathroom remodels. The work has been going on for more than a year and has been paid in full for almost as long. The work started with Alfredo and Martin H******** (father and son), then pivoted to only Martin H******** (father). During the duration of the work that the company did complete. I have had multiple sub-contractors at the house to include his daughters. The contract price was based in skilled laborers, but it is clear that the company uses whatever labor is available. I was told of multiple family issues from Martin H******** that kept the contract for being completed from COVID, Comas, lawsuits, graduations, and deaths. It is understandable to that life happens, but it got to a point that it was hard to be empathetic with so many things going on ALL the time. We were scheduled to view the granite counter top but supposedly when the company called Mr. H******** he was at his daughter's graduation and did not take the call.

It is a shame that customers have to go such lengths to have work that they have paid for in full to be completed. Phone calls and texts are not returned. Voice Mail box for both Alfredo H******** and Martin H******** are full. I was told that this is the last job that Martin H******** will take because he is moving to a new business venture. I hope that is true because the experience I have had has been shameful and unprofessional. The company's BBB rating should be an F, once other customers get fed up of being patient and take steps on their complaints on this forum and in other legal forums.
