    I bought a Chrysler Voyager from ************* in ***********, owned by Berkshire. There was a known issue that the salesman said would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. They did not fix it. When I brought it in, the salesman asked me if I would wait to have it fixed when the Mechanical Protection Plan kicked in- 30 days after I purchased. Stupidly, I agreed. They set me up with a loaner. I was without my car for over a month. The salesman called after a couple weeks demanding I bring the loaner back because they sold that one. I argued with him for a week, before he came to me and swapped out the loaner. I got a call a week later demanding I bring the loaner back, saying they were just doing me a courtesy and they were not going to supply me with another. I argued with the manager and told him the full story, he then agreed to supply another loaner (this likely wouldn't have happened if it werent for the help of *****************, the customer relations person). I was finally able to pick up my car (they had to send it to a Dodge dealership to fix) and it turns out there were multiple things wrong with it. The *** only covered part of it. The dealership agreed to pay for the part that wasn't covered (which was the known issue). A few hours later, the check engine light was on and there are multiple other issues. This car was absolutely sold to me with known issues. It did not go through any maintenance while on the lot before I drove it away. The salesman and his manager treated me horribly and acted like they were doing me favors, when in fact, they were in the wrong. I am currently still without my own vehicle, because it needs further repairs. The only way for this dealership to make it right would be to let me return the car with a full refund.I would never in a million years recommend buying a car from a dealership owned by this company. They hire people who are unethical and care only about making money and not about providing safe and reliable vehicles.
