TV installation and supporting AV work - Over several day March 2022 - 3/3 to 3/16 - purchased new TV from The Install Spot and had installed - also had them provide minor AV support work (note they provided initial installation of AV in 2017 while house was under remodel) ......ironic that they commented that wiring was mess and needed to be redone as they were the only ones that ever supported that; it is their own doing that they are not happy with... - AV didnt work as planned and instead provide work around that while not easiest was deemed ok - work around solution failed; can no longer operate main room audio without the use of a phone app, no remotes work - personally reached out via email, text and phone call 10x over 3-4 week period - had my wife reach out via text and phone call 3x over one week period - we have received no response from The Install Spot, namely owner*********** - at this point there is disgust for the customer service of this business and their reputation is worse than tarnished; there is no amicable resolution they can provide. - i would like them to be admonished, reprimanded and have report filed against their business to warn others of smoke and mirrors business practice - their AV solutions are complex and are not easily solved by the owner. this therefore requires their support or another AV business. if they dont represent their work it costs me more $ for the solution. - extremely frustrated and disappointed. with this i am requesting a refund $500. this includes $250 for labor as i will have to pay another to resolve and $250 for potential hardware failure (they failed to contact me to resolve so i can only assume this is the case).
