      I wasnt treated fairly when ********* first walked in lady behind counter was very rude kept cutting me off when I was explaining what was told by someone who work their she kept interrupting me my tone Im not no low tone person me and soke family have out time everyone wasnt born with a low tone she kept getting smart she was looking at us funny from beginning then lady came from behind counter as if she wanted conflict I snapped she acted like she wanted do something put me do not rent to when Im one was disrespected in front of my kids and treated poorly around my kids how do you think that made me feel as mother lady had attitude from very beginning I left my debit card I was angry came back and she slammed my card down to kids I dont appreciate this type of service I wont tolerate constantly being talk to nasty and inappropriately

      I stayed at this property on June 19th of 2024. I was in this facility for approximately 8 hours. The hotel is in horrible condition the car port is damaged and in danger of falling on guests. I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1050 PM and went to my truck to retrieve my bag. Upon returning to the room it was extremely cold in the room so I turned off the *** I went to ********* to get something to eat. I ate my food and went to sleep. The next morning I checked out around 9AM. On June 21st at 921 PM I received a 400 dollar charge on my debit card for a smoking fee. I do not smoke and did not smoke in this room. The hotel manager was very rude and stated if I dispute the charge I need to take it up with my bank. The hotel has numerous reviews for charging guests this smoking fee and the manager *********************** has the same response that guest need to take it up with their bank. This hotel is fraudulently charging guest a smoking fee and guests are having to fight to get this charge reversed. This is an unfair business practice being perpetrated by this hotel and they need to be stopped. This hotel also needs to be closed until they conduct repairs to the facility as it is a safety hazard to guest and their employees. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      The La Quinta Inn & Suites by **************************************** - ****** is the absolute worst. While double charging my sisters card for a room and apologizing and refunding 1 of the charges, the receptionist ****, started a fight and argument even going as far as going AROUND the counter to try to fight her boyfriend when the only thing they said was they'll wait for a manager to handle it. Then proceed to call the cops on them and lie to cops saying they tried to start the fight when the cameras AND audio show otherwise, and put a ban on them as well. All this could've been a simple resolution as its a normal CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE, but apparently to **** (these are his words) it doesn't matter because he's a part-time employee who works once a week and dgaf about that job.

      Filthy! Do not reccomend AT ALL! This buisness is shady and a scam! Booked a stay for 9 days and after my first night there I had staff employee sexually assult me. Management was informed and when I went to check out early they did not honor their own refund policy! They would not let me check out even though it is clearly stated in their policy and booking.coms that I was able to do so. So now they are holding my credit card hostage and charging me full stay even though I have handed them back the key cards. They are decietful, rude, and their hotel is in absolute shambles. Dirty, mold and mildew, air conditioner did not work, the stench from the smell of what can only be described as putrid is still in my clothes and suitcase which I had to throw away. Bed bugs and the hotel room description is misleading! This place is not worthy of being a business in this state!

      I paid for a $150 room, because of the jacuzzi. I got a 1 bed room with no jacuzzi. I went to ask to get the right room and the front desk lady said she could not help me in anyway because I have been in the room for over 30 mins. (My mom is disabled and cant walk) so it took a little bit longer than the average person. Once I said that, the lady got extremely angry with us. We asked for a different room or refund and said that she refuses to give us a refund and that if we didnt leave immediately she would call the cops. This was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I dont understand how someone could be so cruel. I feel very taken advantage of. They took our money and made us leave.

      We are staying a the La Quinta Inn & Suites in **********. My husband reserved a room and checked in Monday. When we got here there where no rooms available or clean. We waited several hours before one was clean and of course it wasn't the one we booked. So again we waited for another room. Still after several hours of waiting we didn't get the room we booked. So we took whatever the had. Upon walking into the room it still wasn't clean, no towels, no toiletries. The wifi and satellite dosen't work. We walked down to the pool and it was so dirty and green. I'm sure there's things living in it. Tuesday morning comes there was no breakfast. Wednesday breakfast was late, no milk , no cereal or anything of eatable substance. So tonight is Thursday and we just had someone try to break into our room. My husband carries of course. So he pulls it out, I call the front desk to find out what is going on. The had messed up our reservation and booked someone else for our room. So of course they called the police department on us. The next thing we know the whole S.W.A.T team was here for us. Of course we spoke with the officers and got it all sorted out. But now it's 2:49 a.m. Friday morning can't go back to sleep and have to be at a job in 4 hours. Never again will we stay here. I hope this gives anyone else who is planning on staying here food for thought. Also as the officer's were leaving they stated this place is on there radar!

      The ********* location was not a good experience, our original room was cool, but then our bathroom light shocked my son upon flicking the switch, which btw didnt work, so they moved our room. Moving our room was fine, but they put us in a room that had dust all on the side of the refrigerator which was very disgusting. Bathroom door didnt close smh. Things I didnt really notice before them just giving me the key card.Plus I got a case of water delivered to the hotel and they rushed me to get it once they saw me coming in with a ton of bags in my hand! In the morning for breakfast they had no waffle mix for waffles and didnt serve juice or water until 7:30. Like that ***** for ppl needing to go to work early like how are we supposed to just know you guys only serve water and juice at 7:30 if its not posted anywhere! Hallways smell weird on the 2nd & 4th floor Im disappointed especially for paying almost $200 a night this was not what I expected.

      My mother and I had a reservation here 6.13-6.17. When we arrived the woman at the counter was rude and barely bothered to come out from the back room. We got checked in and went to our rooms. My mom's room smelled horrible. Like rotten old grease. My room had 2 lights that worked. The bathroom only had a wall light that worked. The hotel was dirty and floors stained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the ceilings were water stained. The little store was totally empty. The pool was closed with no notice. They moved her to another room for the next night due to the smell. The next room was not much better. The carpet was ripped and had numerous sticky spots. We decided to check out after seeing a huge cockroach on the curtain. The continental breakfast consisted of stale bread, the most disgusting runny eggs and rubbery sausage floating in liquid. We found a beautiful hotel less than a half a mile away. Unfortunately my mother prepaid for all 4 nights at LaQuinta and they are refusing any refund. This hotel should be shut down by the health department and the people that work there need to take classes on customer service!

      I booked this hotel for a soccer tournament a month in advance and was told I could cancel up until 24 hrs of reserved date. I canceled 20 min after I booked. I was assured I would not be charged. Well that was not true. I called they said they would refund me. They never did! The managers will not return my calls. I keep calling to speak with someone and Everytime I get the runaround. 426$ for a room that I canceled and never stayed in. The Manager is very rude and sarcastic. Beware! This is coming from a business owner.

      This hotel was rented for one night, two rooms with a party of 10 people. Red flag #1 over the phone the reservation desk lead us to believe each room had 2 queen **** and a rollaway bed was available for each room. The rooms had full size **** in the room with no rollaway available. The receptionist suggested was to sleep on the floor. The cleanliness of the hotel after walking in made it clear no one would be sleeping on the floor. I attempted to rent another room either at this hotel or one that they are affiliated with. Receptionist informed our party that the hotel is already overbooked by two rooms and there is no available hotels in our vicinity And thats just the beginning. The pool was closed, the hotel is in such a state of disrepair Im surprised it hasnt been condemned. There are multiple no smoking signs throughout the facility, but the pungent aroma of marijuana also lingers in the halls. While trying to make the best of a terrible situation we begin making arrangements in the rooms for the fifth person to sleep. This is when we horrifically came across a used uncapped hypodermic needle, and a ****** alcohol wipe. We agreed that nobody would be staying in this hotel for safety reasons. We reported our findings to the front receptionist and she proceeded to inform us, she could not give us a refund and the general manager is not answering her phone because it is a holiday weekend and they are off. After extensive phone calls and hours of wait time, Im not sure if ***************** the manager or the general manager Ms ******* are possibly undertrained, overwhelmed or incompetent. According to Ms ******* and *******, the room with the used syringe was refunded but not the second room. Filling a complaint has not been easy: email/phone incorrect, 24/7 customer care line states that the highest position that I could speak to was the general manager at the local hotel level. MANY safety issues noted while there for 10 minutes. core values: integrity, caring?
