Two of my oven lights burned out on my Dacor oven. I contacted Dacor and they provided me the specific part numbers and gave me the names/phone numbers of 3 authorized distributors for the parts. I ordered online from one of them - ***************** on 10/11/23. The total price of the order was $80.57 for the two Dacor oven light bulbs. On 10/12/23, I received different parts from Reliable Parts. (see attached photos). I googled the parts I received and could see I could order them from Amazon for $5.99! I contacted Reliable Parts on 10/12/23 and spoke to Laurie *******. She asked me to email her photos and I emailed her the same 4 photos I show below. She told me she would investigate and get back to me on 10/13/23. I spoke to her today and she informed me that they had scanned the barcodes of the parts they sent me and that they were made by the same Manufacturer and they were considered comparable. I reminder her I had pad $80.57 for parts I could have purchased for $5.99, therefore I would like to return the parts for a refund. She said they would consider a refund if I returned the parts at my expense. I told her it would cost more in shipping than the parts were worth, and that it is fraudulent to send me different parts than the parts I ordered. She said because the parts were comparable, they would not provide me with a shipping label for a return, and therefore they wouldn't provide a refund. Also, the company that charged my credit card is not *****************. The name of the company is "APD Call Center Surcharg" (sic). Can you please help? This isn't right. I saw many negative reviews on Trust Pilot so it appears this is an unethical company. If you look at their own shipping label, it shows the parts I ordered which are not the parts they sent me.Customer response

I was contacted by a manager at Reliable Parts and he sent me a UPS label to return the product for a refund. Once I have received the refund, I will reach back to the BBB to close out my complaint. Thank you
