DOC stole $99.37 out of my account according to my insurance for doctor visits on 5/15/21 and 5/23/21 I sent you a copy I only pay $10 Co pay for doctors visits there business office I believe his name was Ramon he was very rude and hung up in my face when I contacted them I was even afraid they might steal more money so I canceled the cardand also didn't agree to them withdrawing money out of my account that is not my signature and if it was my wife we have separate accounts and I didn't authorize any withdrawal.Business response

I ***** **** did not sign any agreement it was my wife not me we do not have the same debit cards or banking accounts she had my card you can't just take money out of my account if it's not returned im going to seek legal action. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/11/12) */ Provider will refund this $99.37 back to the guest via check. Yes I except but when will I receive my check because I had to cancel that debit because of your withdrawal Doc has to give me a specific date.
