THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS REGARDING PATIENT CARE. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS REGARDING PATIENT CARE, APPOINTMENTS, AND MEDICAL NEEDS AND PATIENT CARE. OFFICE HAS CAUSED ME TO MISS MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE REFUSE TO HANDLE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR MEDICALLY NECESSARY NEEDS. OFFICE WILL NOT SEND AUTHORIZATION FOR PATIENT TO RECEIVE DME SUPPLIES, DOCTORS OFFICE REFUSE TO SEND AUTHORIZATION OVER FOR PATIENT WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AND TOTALLY BED BOUND TO RECEIVE A HEAVY WEIGHT BED AND AIR MATTRESS THAT IS MEDICALLY NECESSARY. DOCTOR FALSELY STATING HE MADE HOME VISIT BUT DID NOT RING DOOR **** OR KNOCK ON DOOR. DOCTOR BEING TOLD FOR 5-1/2 MONTHS THAT PATIENT NEED HEAVY DUTY BED AND AIR MATTRESS FOR BETTER PATIENT CARE AND NO ORDERS WRITTEN.
