      I am pretty new to the ShiftKey app and I am fully aware of their cancellation policy but I have had Covid for the past 4 days and my reliability score went from 100 to 30 I have proof of calling these facilities and informing them that I would not be able to come in due to Covid well ahead of 24 hours . The facility says I will remove you and they have not .. this is messing up my reliable score and I am a good worker .. now Im afraid that this score wont be fixed because of the facility lying saying they will cancel it and then it never gets cancelled so it makes it seem like I am a NCNS OR CANCEL AT LAST MIN . I have spoken to customer service about these issues and my score is still disappointing low. Please help rectify the issue because I dont believe that I should still have to show to work with Covid especially if I cancelled 3 shifts way before 24 hours by contacting the facility . I have also uploaded proof on the amounts of times I have contacted shift key and each facility way before 24 hours to inform them . Thank you

      Shift key suspended my account with alleged time card fraud accusations. They never showed me proof on what they are referencing too. I have emailed and appealed this over 10 Times . I need to know why my account Is suspended and why I am unable to work.I need to See the documentation on what they are accusing me of that they have yet to disclose. This isnt right and I need answers immediately as this is unlawful

      My name is **********************************. I am a Certified Nurse Assistant who work with ShiftKey on a Contract basis. I worked on the 04/02/2024,(7.5 [email protected]/hr=$205)04/03/2024,(7.5 [email protected]/hr=$205) 04/08/2024(Double shift [email protected]/hr=$410 and on 04/09/2024 ([email protected]/hr=$205)at Lennwood Nursing and *************** as a private contractor under Shiftkey. I was supposed to get paid on 04/09/2024(weekly basis via direct deposit)but because I needed the money to pay for my rent ASAP, I switched to Shiftkey wallet so I can get paid immediately.As soon as I did, Shiftkey,LLC deducted $2.95 on each of the shift for the Shiftkey wallet charges. As at the time of this complaint, they have only paid in $600 in to the Shiftkey wallet instead of $1000. I have called them severally, which they managed to pick up after about ***** minutes, I emailed their support and even sent a message. All I keep getting is give us ***** hours to escalate your case.Is been 2 weeks going to the 3rd week and they have refused to pay me the balance.At a time I was told the whole payment was paid into my Shiftkey Wallet and at other time, they said it was paid into my account. I have checked my bank statements, called my bank and there was no direct deposit for the above shift posted in to my account by ******************************* help me reach out to them, I am a CNA and thats how I have been able to pay my bills. As I typed this message now, I am way behind on my rent. Had to borrow from someone to pay my rent and promised to pay him back in 2 weeks. Now am not sure if thats going to be possible. I have not withdrawn from the one they paid into my ShiftKey Wallet because I dont want to complicate the issue more. I even screenshot my statement and included it in an email I sent to them.They keep telling me they have paid it but where did they pay it and why havent I receive it is all questions begging for an answer. Thank you in advance for helping me get my pay.

      This Business refused to communicate with (Me) their customer when voicing concerns over irregular reporting and dishonest act by facilities on their platform. Facilities reporting no calls when your in the building working. No relief replacing you after a shift sometimes....but if you stay because theres no one there.....get it approved....signed by a nurse.....they will not pay you? Just to be deactivated.

      I worked a overnight shift Thursday night. I'm set up for daily pay with paid fee! They are still holding my payment saying the payment failed yet i received payments for other shifts after that!! I want my money released ASAP!

      It's so sad that as hard as we work in Healthcare, we are not getting paid through shiftkey! ..and to add insult to injury, whenever they mess up..you can't speak to someone in payroll, you're told it will be resolved in ***** hours! Then in most case after that time you're told the same thing! I remember waiting over 2 weeks just to get hours that was left off my shift. Now I haven't gotten paid for a whole shift I just worked! The untrained agents are just as lost as I am! **************** ***** here! Getting your pay resolved should be an easy going process! Do better SHIFTKEY!!!

      I delivered services as a contractor for ShiftKey. I have not been paid for the services I rendered to ShiftKey clients. Ive been given the run around. Ive been lied to, promised to pay and not paid, pay not directed to my direct deposit but to a close account by ******************** Wallet. I was promised payment 4/13/24. My payment has yet to be received. You cannot get the finance department on the phone. Youre given a ***** hour time frame in hopes that you will just give up and forget your money. Case managers do not return calls. This business is being ran to scam health care professionals to pick up shifts in rural areas and not pay them after they have worked. Please assist me and warn other health care professionals. They do not want to pay at ShiftKey.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I have not been provided proper reasoning as to why my account is deactivated. I have a sterling reputation at all facilities I work in. Ive been in good standing in all 67 facilities Ive worked. Please provide a detailed response as to why im deactivated & not violating guidelines. For this to be a professional business, we need a professional response & not just an automation.

      I have had a total of ****** deducted from my pay for a shift on 03/22/2024. I was overpaid by ****** and have been trying to contact the employer and ShiftKey to get it resolved but have been put on 48 hold. Each time I call after the 48 hours it restarts the 48 hour wait for response.

      I have worked 2 shifts that have not been resolved. 4/6/2024 and 4/7,2024. I had a medical issue,I did check with my nurse supervisors and they knew when I left and they couldn't 'clock me out' either. The technology that let's me clock out doesn't work,shiftkey told me to contact the facilities and the facilities told me to contact shiftkey..it's a big back and forth. Chat does not help,they tell me to email the help desk(which NEVER replies back). I don't understand why they have no interest in helping their contractors or improving their technology so it actually works because the facilities don't seem to know how to use it either,so I'm left unpaid.
