      I have been on the ** platform for over a year. Although I live in a federally and statewide legal hemp city, where every store and bar sells legal products with hemp derived ***, when I went to take my urine sample, which i was certain I was going to pass, it came back with a "consider" for "marijuana". Marijuana and hemp are 2 different things, and hemp derived *** is legal. Why they request marijuana cultures instead of hemp on the test in 2024 is beyond me. Because of that, I was booted off the platform for 6 months.Also, I am Wiccan. We are a recognized religion and it is a NATURE BASED religion. As much as we can, we harness the power of nature to heal, treat and nurish ourselves. This includes the use of the WHOLE hemp plant, and any plant for that fact, as long as the *** value is less than .3%, which mine was and I can prove it.I paused partaking last year to clean up and take the test when I first started because the laws were not clear. They are now and have been since last July. I started back after I passed and have been on the platform since then. I haven't had a single write-up or infraction because I'm not stupid enough to go in to work after indulging. However, it's my human AND legal right as a Wiccan, as well as an American, to partake in consumable hemp. I was religiously discriminated against. I know that a witch taking action against a healthcare organization is unprecedented, but I have time today. I contacted ** before I came here to find resolve but they don't care. This is 100 percent discrimination!!! I don't have marijuana in my system. It's hemp derived ***. Two different plants. They won't respond because they're clearly still in 2020. So here we are.

      My yearly credentials were due well over a month ago. I have my urine drug screen which came back clean 2 days later as expected, then the company automatically sends out for a background check. My check came back 2 days later. They have not rehearsed my background check so I can work. I havent been able to work for over a month since they are the only company I use this far up in the Rockies. They will NOT answer me as to why they wont pass me except they have to check anything that comes back on a case by case basis but this is old old news. They saw the one minor infraction I have on my background, and passed it right through year after year. I believe they are discriminating against me. They said they put a rush on it but that was well over a month ago.

      I worked a shift on May 18th I was never paid I have called and chatted numerous times each time I was told it was escalated and someone would email me or call me none have happened I have stopped all shifts due to the fact I do not work for free I never call in at any job iv ever had unless I'm near dead this really upset me but it appears I'm not ever going to get paid even though I'm suppose to have access to my money minutes after my shift ends according to the company shift key really needs to focus on paying people

      I worked very hard for shift key and gave my all each time . Just for my account to be deactivated from what a facility with low stars/reviews said . I was sent home and paid my money for driving 2 hours away and still being turned home . The next morning my account is deactivated. That is wrong . This is how I feed my family. I always go avoid and beyond just to be treated like this .

      My situation is exactly like QushawnaT. On 4/26, I was required to fill out an online form requesting that my direct deposit account be changed. This form stated someone would call me within 24 business hours to verify the change and give the new bank numbers. There was NOT an option to make these changes myself. That following Monday, they sent my DD to the old bank and didnt call. I reached out on the 4/30, and just about every day since. I have an open case number and am told each time I call they will escalate my case. This appears not to work?! On May 8th I discovered you can NOW make bank account changes yourself. This wasnt because **************** told me this, I just happened to see it while poking around the app. I then learned about the ShiftKey Wallet and downloaded that last Sunday the 12th. It worked and I was paid immediately for my current shift and for last week on Monday the 13th. The shifts that have been outstanding are still not paid. It has been 3 weeksthis is nearly ******* and the repercussions have been devastating! The fact that not one single person in the accounts department could take 10 minutes over the last 3 weeks to remedy this situation absolutely blows my mind. That is a blatant disregard of their workers and speaks volumes of what type of people are handling our livelihood. You get one star because zero is not an option.its also for the **** on my rating that never happened and they refuse to remove.

      If I could give ZERO ?? I would have. The worst ever. Two months and they cant figure out to upload my cleared drug screen results. The issue has been escalated 3 times to internal management . No manager to speak with, all I get is it has to be done internally and that I cant speak to anyone. To top it off they want to charge me for the drug screen. So two months plus I cant pick up shifts due to them. The results were emailed to me the day after my test and to shiftkey. We both can see the results but they cant figure out how to remove pending results and upload the cleared. Seriously a joke.

      I just went on the app to go over my shifts like I always do and the app told me I was suspended???!? THAT WAS IT!! I never received any kind of email warning of my account in trouble. My attendance score was 83, I worked a shift today clocked our, normal things and BAM, I'm suspended??!? No warning, no nothing!!!!!! This is how I pay my bills and survive.

      *** worked with for a few months and just two weeks ago I started having problems getting paid. Two weeks Ive and havent gotten paid. Now its time I contact a lawyer.

      On March 4th 2024, I was notified via email that my payment of $641.92 had been returned due to a direct deposit issue. I corrected my direct deposit information that same day. I also replied to the email and attempted to follow up twice via this same email and have not received a response. I called in to Shiftkey that same week and I was informed that the payment would be reissued accordingly. 2 weeks later, I was told that the payment had actually returned on March 16th and should be reissued on the week of March 18th and it was not. Then, I was told I would get paid the week of March 25th and didnt. After this, I called in to Shiftkey every 2 business days, sometimes more often than that. Each agent told me they would email a manager and have someone contact me and I still have not been contacted. On April 6th, I was able to chat with someone from Shiftkey and they told me that there was a response on my case from 04/04/24 that stated that the issue with this payment should be resolved by Monday 04/08/24. On Monday, 04/08/24, I was told that my case would be in review until 04/10/24. I have chatted with and called Shiftkey today on 04/10/24 and there are no new updates or estimates as for what day I will be reissued a payment from over a month ago. Not receiving the $641 as put me behind on bills and I am only able to work PRN considering I have a disabled toddler at home. When I work, I expect to be paid in a timely matter. This is very nerve wrecking and devastating because I really liked working with Shiftkey but Im not sure if I can return after this.
