      Best Toyota dealer out there. This is the only place Ill ever purchase my vehicles and service my car. They have earned a customer for life.

      I will never go to Toyota of irving to buy another car not because of the salesman or the service department the finance department is very bad at cheating people please look at the paper before you sign it

      I bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Irving. Week later I found out they added $4296 to my loan amount. They added two protection without my knowledge.

      We booked RAV4 at this dealership by paying 500$ in advance on 21 August 2021. When we booked the vehicle the sales agent (Jason) said to us that we would receive our vehicle on 12-14 September and he would follow back for any changes. However, he never phoned. We phoned him every once in a while to make sure our vehicle would be available on time, and he gave us false assurance that it will be available during that week. We did not receive any calls just before the due date so we phoned him to check on the status. At that time we were informed that our vehicle would be further delayed to another month. Since I work full time, I had to take a leave to receive the vehicle and carry out all paper works for financing. Therefore it was crucial to receiving concrete information on the arrival of the vehicle at the dealership, but we were not informed on time, neither followed up. Jason would never call or pick up the call until and unless I ask for the manager. When I ask for the manager, he would call me back immediately. Since it was frustrating to communicate with this agent, we asked to speak to the Manager, but we were pointed to the Sells Director- Rayan. We asked for a refund and he said we would not receive a refund, although the advance payment invoice didn't say anything about the non-refundable policy. Neither we were informed at the beginning about it. But he said he would check back and inform us. We had to go to the dealership where we were issued a refund. At that time, we requested if he could provide us with another vehicle that was available, then he said they would charge a market adjustment price of 2000$ on any vehicle. We felt like we were going to be cheated because initially when we had been there they said they would not charge any market adjustments, unlike other dealerships. So didn't buy a car from here. Nevertheless, this dealership never communicates properly and would not recommend it to any of my friends.
