      I ordered 4 items on the 28th of december and spent $200, I filed an exchange and sent 2 of the items back. i've waited well over a month and haven't received the items i've exchanged for. and Ive been waiting for over 3 weeks for a return slip on another item from the same order that I had made. No response from customer service when i'm following all the prompts and customer service ticket system. my order number is DGXXXXXX the return request number for my exchange is, RMAXXXXXX and the other return request number is RMAXXXXXX

      I purchased the Badtz Maru In Space Anorak from Dumbgood on January 16th 2022. I opened and inspected the item on February 4th 2022. The item has a visible defect on the largest main screen print of the item. I would like a refund for the damaged merchandise that was sent to me. I submitted a customer service ticket through Dumbgood's website. The website says to allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. I waited until February 8th to submit another customer service ticket and also a return request for the anorak. I received an automated response about the return ticket that instructed me to wait for a response and to contact Dumbgood's customer service if I need more assistance. I've already contacted Dumbgood's customer service twice with no response and it's been a full business week since my first attempt at contact. Order number *********

      I placed an order during peak holiday season and my order was obviously lost by usps. I reached out to dumbgood to see if they could reship my order or issue a refund as is a customary resolution for customer service. They told me to wait a few days and then contact them again if it doesn't arrive and they will ship me out another order. (I have the email of them saying this). I did so and then I was told that they actually aren't going to reship it. I responded to this email in confusion. They never responded. I sent another email, they didn't respond. I messaged them on instagram and they refused to help me. I would like my order reshipped as they stated
