I would highlight the situation so it's easy to understand;March 27th - ******* (Rainbow sales rep) and my friend DJ come to my home to demo a product (Rainbow).My fault: Without reading the payment plan I signed it Doc A; the sales guy told me I would get my money back if I demoed the products to 12 other families that the payment was just a hold.April 2nd: I took the sales guy for the first customer demo; after the showing they were not interested. but he came with a pamphlet; he did not explain the pamphlet because they did not buy the product.April 4th:I took the sales guy for the second customer demo; after the showing they were interested and agreed to do the same program I was on. Before he left however I read through the pamphlet and tried to understand the conditions of the program. I asked him severally what the conditions were and he avoided responding to me "I asked him what 2 first line sales meant and what happens if a person does not make 2 sales" he continued avoiding the question and finally admitted there would be no refund.On April 4th after reading the pamphlet I asked the sales guy to come pickup the product as he never brought the pamphlet to my house (which he admitted) and he never gave me any conditions outside taking him to ****************************************************************************************** I reached out to his manager and went to their office and he said the same thing. Then they sent me another sales person who presented to me another program contract to sign, they said this contract should have been presented at the point of sale together with the pamphlet.I would like to have them keep to the conditions they gave me when they came to my house on the first day as i have completed 9 of 12 demos already or come pick up their product so i am not obligated to make payments.

      In response to the complaint from ************, I hope the following information helps. She purchased a Rainbow Cleaning System on March 27th, 2023 and has never told us she wanted to cancel the purchase. She has, however, voiced some complaints about the dealer that sold her the unit. Because of the conflict of personalities, we assigned her to a different dealer. She has since then completed over half of the program. She has also qualified for some attachments and a set of cookware, and she has not picked them up. We have contacted her several times to let her know they are available and she always seems to be busy. 

      As of today, May 25th, 2023, she has completed 9 of the 12 qualified shows and also one of the two qualified sales. She has 180 days to complete the program and today is only day 59.  Our goal for everyone that signs up on the program is to have them complete it to the best of our ability. We have and will continue to help her complete this program as agreed to by both of us. We will continue to contact her to remind her of the timeline and hopefully by day 180 it will be completed. 

      I am not sure what exactly she wants us to do about this right now, but I hope this is satisfactory.

      I am rejecting this response because:   This response is an absolute Lie. I am still willing to return the product and get my money back.I have repeatedly ask to return the product and *** said my only option is to complete the program and if Im lucky Ill get two sales. I went ahead and paid the credit company last week cos they threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I didnt make my payment and kept on increasing my debt daily . *** insisted I signed the document before he releases any attachment which I did today - no surprise he responded today. You or your colleagues have never contacted me - I have been the one reaching out to find a way out. 
      I would advise anyone to stay away from this fraud if an organization. I dont need help *** - I want my money back and you can have your product. 
      Anyone can check their ****** reviews I am not the only victim.
