The name of the business is dfw all covered parking, also known as joy all covered parking. I made the transaction on November 2 to park on November 3 from 6 AM until the November 5 at 6 AM and paid for those days. When I arrived I called the number and no one answered and I called back and a driver came and dropped me off at the airport. Upon my return on the same evening I called for a pick up from the airport and was no answer. I left a voicemail and asked for a pick up and said my location. I waited a while and called again, and received no answer. In between these calls I have received calls from my family asking me where I am and I'm trying to get back to my car and call hotels for shuttles that are near the parking facility. They will not pick me up. So I called DFW all covered parking seven more times between midnight and 1 AM and received no answer. I had to pay for a **** ride to my car. Which cost me an additional $27. I would like to be refunded the Full amount of my parking fees, and taxes etc., along with the additional $27 I had to pay for a ride to my car.
