On December 3rd and 4th of 2021 my college campus, Texas State University had their ring ceremony for graduating seniors and I was invite since this is my senior year at Texas State. The deadline to order your ring through Balfour was October 8th 2021 in order to ensure I would be able to participate in the ring ceremony. I ordered my college ring on October 7th 2021 which I paid for out of pocket. As a college student this was very strenuous to come up with over $800 so quickly but it was important to my family and I that I get to participate in this memorable ceremony. The day of the ring ceremony I received my ring at the ring ceremony and the ring was made in the complete wrong color, I paid for a rose gold ring and it was silver. I was understanding that mistakes happen and I mailed the ring back the same week to get the replacement in a timely matter. It has been over a month since I have mailed the ring back and I have not received any status update, or even recognition they received the ring. My last semester of college has already started and I still do not have my ring. I didn't get to participate in the ring ceremony and take photos like my family and I wanted and now it is 2 months from the original date I was supposed to receive the ring. I am asking for help to alleviate my stress and have my ring expedited to me in less than 2 weeks and receive a 20% refund on what I paid since it has been 2 months since I was supposed to have it and there is no status update to this date. This has ruined a memorable ceremony for me and has caused an exponential amount of stress Please help. I called today January 24th and there is still no status. Please help make this right.Business response
