      Dont buy their fragrance, the scent wont last. Unless you purchase the most expensive fragrance they have. Totally ridiculous, horrible experience.

      I am disturbed by the fact that I was told my earrings would be returned back to me, because they are not in pristine condition. I ordered the earrings on May 22nd, and the earrings tarnished 3 days later. Of course you all would not receive them in pristine condition, because they were faulty when sent to me. I would like my money back. No one expects their $400-$500 pair of earrings to tarnish in 3 days after wearing them one time. I am completely dissatisfied with how this has been handled, and Im not sure if I will be supporting your business anymore. I will also be sure to share my experience with other customers who have been loyal to your company.

      Ordered a wallet for my daughter for her prom. LV and their delivery company kept changing the dates. Product never arrived. Was on the phone LV and their shipper *** for hours. They have a ridiculous policy that i cant go to the *** depot to pick it up. *** never comes during the scheduled window. Lost three days waiting, no product, have to rush buy something else. Refund may take up to 15 business days or more but my bill will be due by then

      I would give 0 starts if I could I would give 0 starts if I could! Horrible customer service!I am a loyal long term customer if LV. Recently I ordered a bag charm online. Unfortunately, the *** stole my order. I contacted LV, after 3 weeks of waiting, they send me an email that *** closed investigation because they could not contact me. No one from *** contacted me! I called LV again, instead of just sending me a replacement or refund, they asked me(!) to contact *** and reopen the case. Is that even acceptable??? Amazon issues the refund and then does investigation with ***! How is it for luxury customer service!Next time if you are thinking to order online, DONT!

      On March 30, 2024 I purchase the new Spring ****************************************************** ******************, I wore the mules 3x when I notice they was a scratch on the insole and the leather peeled off. On April 16, 2024 I took them back to the store, I was told its wear and tear, I told them wear and tear should not happen after only 3x. I was told the manager would call me. After numerous calls to customer service and no fault of the manager as they had incorrect contact number, finally after 6 days of waiting to hear from them I was told by the manager that there is nothing they can do for me. I explained that I was very disappointed, that I have been a Louis Vuitton client for over 30 yrs, and that the product is not made to be worn as if only after 3x worn the leather scratches off so easily. I spent with tax $1173.15 to be told I can bring them to a shoe cobbler to fix. Since, I have no say in their decision, and they are not willing to exchange or give me a credit I have no choice but to keep them. Since, April 21st, I wore them 1x and now the leather is peeling by my heal. This is unacceptable. This is definitely a product issue. It's a disgrace how LV treats loyal clients, and they lack of taking responsibility for a product that is clearly flawed.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Louis Vuitton due to multiple unresolved issues concerning an order I placed, which have not been adequately addressed despite numerous attempts to seek resolution.Date of Order: 01/13/2024 Issues Encountered:1.Misrepresentation of Stock and Delivery Time: The website promised availability of items and a specific delivery timeframe. I have been waiting for my order for four months, and it is still marked as pending.2.Customer Service Inadequacies: Despite repeated emails and phone calls seeking assistance, the responses received were mere apologies without any substantive action. There has been no satisfactory response to my inquiries, and my request for order cancellation has not been processed within the promised three business days.3.Lack of Follow-Up: After not receiving any update post the initial cancellation request, I contacted Louis Vuitton again after six days. There was still no definitive action or response to the ongoing issues.Desired Resolution:I am seeking a full cancellation of my order and a complete refund. Additionally, I expect Louis Vuitton to address these recurring issues to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.

      They totally ripped me off for ***** I had the handbag for a month and a half . The corners started peeling . I called them they said it was from wear . So youre telling me you sell bags that cost ***** and the last a month and a half . What a joke !! They totally refused to help me in anyway.

      I purchase some earring for my daughter in June of 2023. The earrings broke I took them to the store in October gave them to an associate and when I went back to get them they couldn't find them or had any knowledge of them. The person that took no longer work there. Here we are in April of 2024 and I still have not got a new pair of earrings nor a store credit which I requested. The store policy is you drop off an item to be repaired and the call you once it's completed. I have called the *************************************************************************** April one of the Managers stated to request a refund from my bank from something I purchased in July of last year. She wanted me to request a bank refund in April of this year.

      This company charge all this money for their pieces and do not back them. My purse handle broke d/t craftsmanship and they sent it out no call update so I go in the store to inquire about my purse, after being told to different dates that my purse will be fixed. It going on 5 months still being told my parts are on back order. The store manager ***** said this is an older bag ,but never seen anyone with it the lady that sent it off went to another worker to show her,but how is that even relevant. If you purchase a purse today walk out the door a new line is coming in so every bag is considered older. As a store manager his customer service **** and still no call or update just laughs and giggle. But if I go in the store rude and nasty they wouldn't have no understanding they play the victim role,but I'm going to remain calm and never ever ever purchase anything else. I wish I could gather up my perfume shoes and other bags and return them too. I want this resolved because they will never have to worry about me spending money with them. Customer service ***** their products they don't back stay wlaway from LV.

      NEGATIVE 0 STARS----I really wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. They should not be in business. **************** is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! I purchased a cologne gift for my son, that should have been overnighted, he still has not received it. I kept calling begging to speak to a manager in the ***** store and no one will call me back. For a multi-million dollar company, they have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Please buyer beware and stop giving your hard-earned money to corporations that don't care if they retain you as a customer or not.
