***** is fantastic. If you need a coyote engine rebuilt, he's the go-to guy. He's been my mechanic for a long time. Recently, he completed a full rebuild on my 2013 Dodge Cummins 6.7l diesel, which had lost compression in two cylinders, leading to a cap shift from the crankshaft seal to the engine block. He had to line hone the block and install a new engine kit. I provided injectors, an injection pump, a valve cover filter, and everything turned out great. The pricing was fair, and the job was done quickly.Review from Sheila J

After my rebuild, I have much more torque. Fuel efficiency seems slightly improved too. Im pulling my trailer with no issues now as a result of the engine rebuild. It has been one year and no issues. They are good at what they do and I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything Coyote Engine Rebuilder!Review from Andy B

We took a 2011 Hummer H3 to this business. For supposedly rebuilding the engine, they failed to replace several necessary parts (rear main seal, for example), and when we received the vehicle it continued to die after it warmed up. They refused to honor their 5 year warranty stating that if we were able to trace down the stalling problem to oil pressure, we knew more than they did, and that we should take care of it on our own. The spark plugs put in did not match this vehicle's spark plugs, so we had to replace that on our own as well. He called several times saying he needed more money to work on it, and it took significantly longer than estimated to complete. This business behaves more as if it is an individual brokering repairs to other shops where he knows someone, as opposed to understanding the engine repairs himself. While he talks about full custom machined engine blocks, none of such work is being performed.Coyote Engines Inc. Response

I took my **** **** F150 in to get my engine rebuilt this year in 2022. I picked up my truck and from day one my truck did not run right. As I was driving home my check engine light came on. I gave ***** a call and he told me that I need to take my truck to see what the codes were. I fixed the issue with the codes but the truck still ran bad. So I took it to a mechanic to see what the real problem was and he told me that my truck was not getting any compression in cylinder 4 and 7. That was part of the engine that was suppose to be fixed by Coyote Engines. So I called ***** again and let him speak to the mechanic, that I had and check my truck and ***** told him that the reason my truck is running bad is because I didnt change the oil. So finally after weeks of going back and forth with ***** he finally told me to bring it in. My truck sat at a third party shop that he has no affiliation with they just help him out from time to time. I was told that no one came to look at my truck and it sat there for 3 weeks. I checked my warranty receipt to find out he signed it ***** his real name is ******************. The address on my receipt goes to ***********************. So basically I paid him $5000 in cash for nothing and my truck is still not running. This man is rude he will not let you explain anything he hung up in my face before no customer service at all. Im filing this complaint with the BBB to get my money back because my truck was not fixed and its still not running.Coyote Engines Inc. Response

The Customer ****** Ford F-150
Received a full engine rebuild. The engine was taken out of the vehicle machined a engine kit was installed the customer paid he drove off with the vehicle.
He was instructed to change his oil in the engine after 500 miles because there is break-In oil. He didn't change the oil or the Intake Manafold or the ignition coil packs which are on the outside of the engine. Why he didn't at least change the brake in oil I can't answer that. Why he didn't follow the recommendation, That's his choice. He still declined the intake Manafold & Ignition coils. He said he will take it somewhere else for another opinion.
Thank you Buddy A****

I did everything that ***** told me to I change out my ignition coils and for the 500 mile oil change, I never drove the truck 500 miles cause it has not being running right since I picked it up. Why would I drive a vehicle if its not running right, that doesn't make since. He tried to tell me the reason my truck was running bad was because I didn't get my oil changed. If that was the cause why charge $5000 for a engine rebuild you should just charged me for a oil change, this guy is a liar and i will be seeing you in court *****. I have your information so don't think I cant find you, ***** ******* from Florida...Review from Daniel M

This person is a scammer, I contacted him by phone that I needed an adjustment to my honda ridgeline truck and he gave me a price on the phone and I accepted the price of $3,150.00. The next day he came to my house in a Ford f150 and I showed him my honda ridgeline and we checked the engine out and he told me that the price included rebuilding the engine and parts and that he only accepted cash or cashier check and he asked me $950 and He gave me a paper receipt with no address or anything from the company and told me that in less than 30 days he would deliver the truck to me. 15 days passed and he called me to tell me that the truck was ready and that it was going to be an extra $1,000 because he had to replace the engine heads. Well then, well then now I meet in a place 45 minutes from Dallas in an unprofessional workshop and when I got to see my truck to turn it on it began to smoke a lot and was leaking engine oil and they had also damaged the paint and I told him that I didn't want it that way and he told me that he just needed to run it more so that the smoke would go away and blah blah, a month later it's still the same and now I can't handle it and the middle 36-month warranty and now he doesn't answer my questions calls. Please do not trust this person with his cars. Now I'm looking for him to answer me because I didn't rebuild the engine and my truck is still worse than it was.Coyote Engines Inc. Response

Our company would like to apologize to the customer for being closed during the new year holidays that's why our company could not receive his call. The customers vehicle's engine blew oil into the exhaust pipes when he blew it up, Oil was all under the vehicle prior to our company reviving the engine rebuild. The vehicle received a full custom build machined engine block after machine installed engine kit as well as new heads. His power steering pump & return line was leaking power steering fluid after he left our company.. Customer declined buying the part fluid & hose he said it should be part of the rebuild. The customer has a paper inside his re-savor cap to hold power steering fluid from seeping out. Our company doesn't take personal checks for payment. The scratch is 1 inch or so we have him $100.00 off his invoice even though our company did not scratch his vehicle.. Our company had a hard time finding parts for the Honda because they are discontinued everything was custom from 4 different vendors to complete the job. Hopefully the customer made his first oil change & replaced the power steering pump & hoses & degreased the engine..if he wants to call our company to help him the holiday's are over. We would be more than happy to check the vehicle for any issues he has.
