This is one of those times I wish I had done my research before selecting this company. They were able to get a claim approval for our roof through a PA, and for that I am grateful. However, it has been months with the same old run around, and still, the roof has yet to be replaced. They have had over 22K for almost 6 weeks, and nothing has been done or even scheduled. There is a gaping hole in our roof and now we have a rodent problem because they are entering through the hole causing potentially thousands more in damage. We are at our **** end on what to do. It has been one excuse after another, they state personnel issues (like many other people have said) or materials on back order etc, one time they lied saying the permit from the city hadn't been approved, when I researched it, it had already been approved. Honestly, how do other roof companies have materials but yet RM, who is supposedly best in the nation doesn't have materials?? I was able to get ahold of N**K, who didn't give his last name (VP ops) who promised a resolution by today. We shall see what happens, I hope my experience is not like the other reviews on this page. There is a LOT of money on the table and our family's health at this point due to further damage happening because of the *************** has caused. I find myself wondering if they are this bad at getting the replacement done, how good of a job can they do on the roof replacement? I am very concerned at this point; I don't know how we trust them now.

They commit insurance fraud. They inflate the price of the estimate, then when insurance pays they dont do all the repairs and only do the main roof and keep extra money. They take for ever to get the work done, and damaged the gutters and driveways in our community. They then send another invoice for more money to insurance for work they never did.

Restore Masters was great from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof repaired with minimal work on my part. They quickly scheduled inspections with my insurer and kept me in the loop through the estimate process . Once insurance was approved they scheduled repairs and kept me updated as we waited for an available crew during a busy repair season. When work began they were in and out in one a day and left my yard as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We worked with ***, roofing & restoration project advisor at the ********************************************** location. *** helped ** from start to finish to replace our roof due to hail and storm damage. He and his team worked with our insurance company to coordinate. Roof turned out great! The construction crew did a great job from set up to clean up. I recommend working with *** at the *********** location.

Im curious to know if anyone else has been abandoned by RestoreMasters?Maybe our experience is normal, as that is what RestoreMasters keeps telling us. Im open to being corrected, and desperately hope Im wrong.but at least 8 months after RestoreMasters came into our community, we are still sitting gutted to the studs.We have insurance (the money was sent to RestoreMasters) yet no work has happened for months and months and months. Weve had ZERO progress and ZERO local presence. What we have received is an endless string of reasons why we are still homeless.Id love to have our insulation and drywall replaced.thats really all we need.absolutely no structural damage or anything else technical/architectural needed.so we can get on with our lives and put this ugly relationship with RestoreMasters behind us. My question..Is it normal for a company that claims to be one of the nations best to disappear from a job site for months on end?

Piers, drop off a brochure say fix now pay latter, never seen so many jacks work at a company so I called ask me ***** a contract turn me over to another company Calle velocity out of ******* for a PA this *************** calls came down do an estimate from *** cost me 10% out of my pocket then he brings his friend in to do the demolition peerless construction and restore out of ******* all this time telling me the demo will not come out of the repairs at this point never seen restorer masters so as ever thing goes I was set up by what I now call storm chasers that or corrupt and rip off insurance companys and the individual's filing the claims the insurance company only paid 84000 of 150000 $ of the damage there was stuff demolished in my opinion did not need to be I had to hire Daily and Black attorneys still almost two years have not got money owed to me I have had to borrow 80000$ to Finnish my repairs but still did not Finnish the get floors replaced or custom cabinets folks u better off to deal with insurance companies and watch out for storms chasers they are nothing but scammers
