Blue Hammer is top notch! My Project Manager, *****, is the absolute BEST in town. She took care of me from start to finish and always kept me informed throughout the process. Once onsite, *****, the Quality Control Manager handled himself in a professional manner by staying on task and getting the job done in a timely manner. My property was cleaner than when they got here. What an amazing experience with an awesome company. I LOVE my new roof! It looks amazing. GREAT JOB BLUE HAMMER!!!Review from Nickie C

I was very pleased with the service that Blue Hammer Roofing provided me with the installation of my new roof.They were very professional and ******* was very hands on from day one. He and his team kept me updated on any and all updates. The day of install went just as planned. His team arrived on time and kept me updated via text once each section of the job was completed. I can honestly say that this company was very honest and stuck to quote. They followed up to make sure I was happy and spoke with us after installation with pictures and answered any concerns I had. I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with this company. From the beginning stages to the completed project, I was totally covered and taken care of. The whole process was seamless and everything was explained in detail. I was kept in the loop concerning scheduling, claims process, and what to expect before, during and after the replacement. They arrived early and quickly got to work. The whole process was very orderly, everything was cleaned up (you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the new roof!)I received pictures as they worked so I could see the progress as it happened--- from the tear out stage on through to the finished product.The price was absolutely reasonable and the work is quality in everyway. I had a great experience with Blue Hammer Roofing. *************************** and ************************* were in charge of getting my new roof on, and ******* managed the whole process of getting subcontractors to repair my fence, garage door, air, conditioner, screens, and gutters after my home was hit by a heavy hail storm in March 2024. Both ******* and ***** were very professional. They sent me lots of photos of the finished work that I could use to submit to my HOA and insurance company. ******* also explained everything, and he and ******************* walked me through all of the steps of working with the insurance company, which was new territory for me. And ******* worked with me to make sure I got a couple of custom updates with the repairs. If you want a smooth, efficient process for getting roof repair, I would definitely recommend Blue Hammer Roofing!Review from Stephanie G

This company is A#1! Anything that *** be perceived aa a problem is removed. **** was a major help and gave us the best customer service that Ive ever experienced! The insurance company was a pain to work with and **** promised and came through! I would recommend this company to any and everyone!! I have the roof that *** always wanted and representatives that promised to keel in touch. Blue Roof is the only choice in my book for roofs.Review from Lydia H

Blue Hammer Roofing is the absolute cream of the crop! ??????????****** organized all the planning and scheduling of getting our new roof in such a friendly and professional manner, and we are so grateful! He always kept us informed, and answered any questions we had quickly. ****** even took the time to come to our house on the day of our installation to ensure everything was running smoothly. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations! ***** and her hardworking team were amazing to watchtheir experience was evident, as they were able to complete the job in one day, and left our property without a single scrap on the ground. Throughout the day, she kept us updated with both texts and pictures of the progress they were making. We were very impressed with the thorough communication from both ****** and *****. An outstanding experience all around! As we all know dealing with insurance is a headache. **** Hammer walked me through the entire process and let me know what to expect so that there were no surprises. They got it done, where others had failed plain and simple. The roof itself looks better than I imagined. ****** was awesome. Responsive and answered all of my questions. **** Hammer collaborated well with my insurance reducing any issues in getting an agreement. They worked with my schedule and completed all work in 1 day. Very large and efficient crew with great skills and can do attitude. The post roof attic inspection was thorough and they found 1 minor issue with a roof nail hitting the ** condensation drain pipe. They made an immediate repair and the new roof looks great!Review from Roque Y
