NEVER, EVER use this contractor. He promised to work with me, do a professional job and it wouldn't cost me anything. He is a company of 1, subcontracts labor out and never oversees the jobs. My new roof leaked and took 2 tries to get the roofing nail holes sealed. DUH - roofing rule 101. The worst is that 15 of 24 solar panels that he had to remove in order to replace my roof were STOLEN along with the racks and pins when they were removed. He replaced my roof in February 2021 and it took months of hunting him down to get him to get my solar panels re-installed in NOVEMBER. I contacted him, he agreed to reimburse me for the loan payments that I made from February - November on the solar panels that I didn't get to use - GUESS WHAT - NEVER HAPPENED. In December the solar panel company called because the panels weren't performing optimally and they found out that 15 panels were missing after he assured me that he replaced everything. Yeah - he replaced what his subcontractors left in my yard. Even though he didn't oversee the job personally, according to him, he is still liable for the loss. He has since ducked every call or attempt to reach him and now the police cannot find him. The loss was estimated at $28,000 dollars and now I am going to be out of pocket even more in order to get the panels replaced. I wish I had never let this man into my yard!!!!!!!!!

Your solar panel was reinstalled and you were there that day overseeing the install. Months later you come back and say somebody stole your solar panels. You have cameras at your property. You cannot accuse somebody of stealing something with no proof. I don't steal from people. I never did anything. Last I seen or heard from you I was installing your panels. No one has been dodging any calls. You never called me. My number is the same as it has been for 10+ years! What good would your solar panels do me? You need the entire system for them to work. Your claims have no merit. I'm sorry you lost your panels??? You have cameras. As soon as I leave I'm not responsible for anyones house.

I called the Police Department and asked them if you had called at all. They said you did not call ever and there's no police report or complaints!!!! They said themselves your saying this to scare me or threaten me! I'm positively sure you didn't call because you know that I didn't steal anything as you have cameras at your property and could easily solve this! This is just an attempt to smear my company name and try to damage my reputation!

When I called your number I got an answering service so maybe you should have checked with them because I made it very clear how upset I was and what was going on and that I needed call back immediately.

You agreed to remove solar panels, replace roof, replace solar panels. The fact that you do not oversee your subcontractors is on you. You cannot know just what they did/didn't do but you are responsible for overseeing the project from beginning to end. You know perfectly well there is only one camera on my driveway and I had no way of monitoring.

If I have damaged your reputation then good! No one should hire you with knowing that you and your subs need to be babysat for the duration of the project and recorded.

I consider this the worst decision I have ever made and now have to find a way to fix the mess you and your subs left me in. Say what you will to salvage your shoddy work but we both know how many times you begged me to give you more time to get the project completed because I threatened to sue you. I should have followed my instincts.
