      DON'T EVER BUY STEALTH!!!!!I have a STC PXP Stealth camera that is still under warranty. It quit working, so I contacted Stealth. I submitted a warranty claim on a camera March 7, 2024. Since then I have submitted ALL necessary information to proceed with the claim 27 times. TWENTY SEVEN TIMES!!!!! Never received a reply. What TERRIBLE customer service! On the flip side, I have ******** camera that have failed. I contacted ******** and within days, I have a new camera at my home. DON'T BUY STEALTH!!!!!

      Stopped using the service over 18 months ago but keep getting charged monthly. I keep having to dispute the charge on my card every month. Called GSM and first few times was told I'd be called back, never happened. Few times later I had to get rude to get a person to discuss the issue. They claimed they can't figure out why I keep getting charged as they no longer see my account in their system. HORRIBLE!! I'm still trying to figure out how to stop the recurring charges!!

      If you contact them with a problem (no night distance on trail cams) you will be cut off on phone calls and no return emails to get refund. Absolutely no customer support for a refund or replacement. NO warranty. Doesnt deserve even one star

      Tried to get tech support several times was told I would get a call back and never did. Tried to cancel service several times was told I would get a call back several times and never did.Filed 4 disputes with credit card company and get reimbursed but cant stop the charges from coming. Very frustrating. Never was able to use Stealth camera

      Pre-ordered two cameras from stealth cam, and when I finally received them right away had issues out of the box. Neither would read any SD cards. Tried to contact stealth cam multiple times through email and phone and never received any response. Now I have 2 useless stealth cams and Im out 120 bucks. Do not buy stealth cam cameras, their customer service is terrible.

      Bought a Tactacam cell camera it never would take the ** card , called GSM they said they want me to send it back to them well I had two Muddys that had been working fine for years so I kept using them . Since it would not work at all I know they know there was not any pictures being taken at all EVER and they have charged me since 4 -23 $20 a month .It should be automatic shut off after a couple months of no use at least .

      Absolutely Terrible. So bad I will make sure I never buy one of their products again. I broke a **** insert on a goose call and I haven't heard back from them. **** used to be a good company and it's a shame they sold to such *****. You call and all you hear is ads for more of their stupid products. No one ever picks up. I sent an email and message through their website and never hear back. I love this goose call and am lost at what to do unless I buy a new one**** Time to switch brands I guess. FORGET THESE GUYS! IT"S A WASTE OF TIME.

      I purchased 1 of their trail cameras and couldn't get it working through the app. I called for assistance and was told I would get a return call. It has now been 10 days without a call. I have called back 3 times and was assured I was "in line" for customer assistance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! 1 star is too good for a rating but you can't leave a zero.

      **************** is just awful. Now they have a call center and it takes forever for someone to call you back. We are all hunters here. When you need help with a camera, you are very likely in the field. They say they will call you back in a couple of days and do not. When they call, if they do, my camera is miles away and I cannot fix the problem. Was told if their email trouble shoot instructions do not work, they will replace. Of course no one will call or email me back. I cannot ever buy anything from them again. Sad. They are a ** based American company and just do not care.

      We strive to take care each one of our customers and try to resolve all of their concerns.Our agents can only do so much without the device in hand at times. Our agents will try to troubleshoot as much as they can without the device but there are times where they need a customer to be with the device. They try to send the best troubleshooting information over to a customer to help them resolve the concern. We will have someone reach out to you again to see if they can resolve all your conccerns to your satisfaction

      Bought one of their products and it worked for about 20 minutes then stopped working. Filed a warranty request a week ago and have not gotten a response. Have called several times and have yet been able to talk to anyone. Do not spend your money worst customer service and ********************** are cheaply made.
