Trademore works only on their timeline, doesn't care about customer issues. I ordered an iphone an it came in 2 to 3 days. very prompt. I couldn't get it to work so I took the phone to my service provider and he confirmed there is an issue with the phone. he guessed it was an antennae issue but could not confirm. Trademore upon request sent a shipping label and I returned the phone. *** says it was dropped off on 7/24.2024. The return FAQ says refunds should be handled in 5 days. I have email 3 times and they keep saying they will email me when they decide to do something, It is now 8/07. I need a phone and their policy is not to replace. We do see that you return has been received. We are sorry the refund was not processed within 5 business days of receipt. Currently, we are working to resolve the issue with that has prevented the refund from being completed in our systems. A member of of our support will alert as soon as the issue is resolved and the refund processed. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
