      As a long time customer of the **************************** location, I appreciate the friendliness of your employees specifically *****. She is always helpful and friendly to customers coming in and is very efficient. This location is always clean and organized and there is hardly ever a wait as the girls promptly get the beds cleaned and the customers checked in. I get asked often when I get my tan and always refer them.

      SCAM! They charge you full price for a membership then only allow you to use half the time. They dont clean the beds properly, theres always fingerprints and smudges. The red light bed is over booked and theres constantly a wait. They are short staffed and chaotic at check in. And their prices are way higher than any other salon Ive been too.

      I went to Palm Beach Tan at ************************. Told her to cancel my membership. Told to sign a pad. Thought I was done. Keep charging my $8.39 a month they call it a freeze. July still getting charged. Went to cancel again. no refund . Their contract says $7.50 a month for a freeze.Never wanted freeze ...Only cancel. They won't take cash. This place just wants your card so they can keep charging.

      Rating: 1 out of 5 stars As a longtime customer of **********************'s ************** location at ************, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of their services. However, a recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.During my visit on June 2nd, I encountered an unexpected and frustrating situation. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I was informed that my three-month membership fees had been declined due to a compromised card. While I understand that these things can happen, what truly shocked me was the lack of flexibility or assistance from the staff.Despite explaining my situation, I was still required to pay a $149 balance, even though I hadn't utilized the services since February. What's more, I was appalled to learn that Palm Beach Tan does not notify customers when their card is declined. This lack of transparency is simply unacceptable.Ultimately, I felt compelled to settle the fee, but the overall experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize collecting fees over accommodating loyal customers.Regrettably, I can no longer recommend Palm Beach Tan to others. My advice to potential customers would be to beware of their questionable financial practices and consider alternative tanning salons that value transparency and customer service

      Been a member for years only use the service a couple times a year for a base tan for vacation . The associate was very persistent in upselling spray tans and talked me into a package with 6 sessions . After the first I was very dissatisfied contacted customer service took a few days to hear back and they did nothing then went in and told the associate how the spray tan left my skin with just a bunch of orange what looked like dirt spots throughout my body both nothing that resembles a tan . I asked for a refund to be applied to my card for the services I didnt use and I specifically asked them to charge me out of tan dollars for what I did use which I had plenty of since that withdraw money from my account every month . The district manager chose not to honor their customer service guarantee and chose to give me back tan dollars instead of the additional $$ I paid for services I was not going to use anymore . The associate was misleading told me only upgrades I could do were $22 and $40 which I found out was not true at another branch I paid $115 for the package and should have just been returned all of my money at this point . The tan dollars I was forced to keep I used on bed upgrades however I dont recommend this place to anyone tand I cancelled my membership!

      I canceled my membership I live 2 hrs away should of never signed up I canceled my membership 1 week later they kept my $49 DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP

      Tried to cancel my membership before COVID, but of course lost track on time. The facilities I used to go to would require you to come in person to place account on hold or to cancel. Which I totally get why they did that because then they can keep charging you month after month if you don't have the time to visit the store. Upon realizing I've been charged approx. $30 a month for services I hadn't used in years, tried going to (2) different locations where they told me my account was closed. Said a letter was sent out, I never received. Contacted them via phone and email several times before getting a response and all they refunded me was for (3) months out of the (3) years they were charging me for services I NEVER used. Didn't even reimburse me for funds while COVID was in effect and the stores were shut down. What a rip off and I hope you go bankrupt after taking peoples hard earned money.

I reviewed over your account and you were a member with our ********* Planet Tan, so when that salon closed and relocated to Palm Beach Tan ********* in April 2021 your membership transferred over because your status of membership was active. We did not officially receive your request of cancelation until March 26, 2023, so we completed the cancelation on your membership and issued you a 90 day courtesy refund. I have reviewed your account with our Accounting Team and we can issue you an additional 12 months, so that we be a total of 15 months back to you.       This review is regarding account services/membership charges and NOT the actual branch, local employees or the cleanliness of the business. This company uses unfair business practices. We canceled a membership at Palm Beach Tan several years ago and instead were charged a fee for "freezing" the membership. The client was a member at another Palm Beach location in a different state at the time ************** branch was charging for a frozen membership ($7.50 per month apparently). Why would I pay for memberships at 2 different locations? PBT. continued to attempt to charge the credit card which was actually closed. This was during COVID when most businesses were closed. When I contacted the store, I was told to speak with a manager. The district manager told me that they were not going to refund the small amount but that she would give me store credit. I am cancelling the memberships and will never do business with them again. Me and my daughter are both long time customers, over 5 years each and they simply did not care and are perfectly fine losing my business over fraudulent charges. They did not try to keep my business at all. This place is such a rip-off. I can not believe how terrible their business model is. Don't sign up with Palm Beach Tan./

      ABSOLUTELY TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE Signed up for a month of tanning to get ready for an upcoming vacation. Didnt realize I signed up for an entire membership. , whatever I guess I shouldve been more vigilant. Got charged the next month. Whatever , kind of my fault. I figure the payment went through, Im paying for the month so I figure Ill get in to cancel it soon. Well then I had A LOT going on in my personal life that I really couldnt get into the store to fully cancel. I get there, cancel the membership and am a DAY LATE and they tell me in a week they will BE CHARGING ME FOR THE NEXT MONTH TOO!! I tell them not to but its not the poor girl that works theres fault. So I email them. They take a week to respond and basically tell me its my fault and they will be charging me for a product they know I will not be using. Over $220 of money down the drain for a product that wasnt used once. Ruthless customer service. Never have I experienced something like this before. BUYER BEWARE

      Company is trash. You think your cancelled by signing their pad with no paper trail they give you. Yet they keep billing my account I did not notice till checking with my bank and Tan Pro will not refund. Poor customer service bad business. ********************* on them.
