I took my vehicle to Fox Tire to be serviced for a oil change on 10/6/2022. A few hours after the oil change i noticed my oil light was on, but i didn't think anything of it because i had just gotten the oil changed. So the following day the car started to drive weird like it was using alot of momentum to drive. It just wasn't right. I continued to drive not really thinking anything of it but i knew some was definitely different after getting the oil changed. On 10/15/2022 i was on my way to work and the car just stalled out in the middle of the street. I had to have the car towed out of pocket to the nearest auto shop and the mechanic there informed me that the engine locked due to not having any oil. After being notified of this information I contacted Fox auto where i spoke to a mechanic that was basically calling me delusional and that i was making this up because he's worked on car for over 20 years and if it wasn't any oil in the car I wouldn't have been able to drive off. I continued to try to explain to him that the engine locked for no oil and the mechanic hung up in my face! I'm now left with no car and a 5000.00 car expense that wasnt my fault and fox tires isnt taking any responsibility for their actions.Initial Complaint

On 10/8/22 my husband and 3 sons stopped into Foxtire due to a tire blowout. When my husband asked if they had a tire the correct size he was told "no" even though he was physically looking at the tire. The tech did not want to take the time to look for the tire. He started to leave after being told no and the owner came out letting him know he found the correct size. The tech that works on cars was very rude and told my husband he needed to figure out what to do on his own because Foxtire didn't have the correct tool to remove the bolts on our tire. After the tech found the correct tool he put the new tire on but did not screw the bolts on so as my husband leaves and begins driving down the street the car starts shaking. My husband went back to the shop and had them tighten the bolts the correct way. My husband and children could have been hurt due to the negligence of this shop. This company lacks professionalism and the tech refused to give me the owners name.
