Tracey did reach out and Culligan was able to find an earlier spot (after the bad reviews I posted). Just like I told her, I don't think it should take a business to receive bad reviews to take action to help a customer in need. Hopefully next time Culligan can achieve a better FTR (First time Right) evaluation.
With all that being said, the crew that came to do the service did a great job and checked the whole system. Now I'm just waiting for a contact to finish that the technician couldn't do (WIFI connection). Let's see how long will it take. I'll keep this post updated.
