DALLAS PARROT, RANA,RECEIVED INFECTED QUAKER PARROT 10/21/23. WAS PROMISED BY **** THAT I HAD A 10 DAY WARRANTY. TOOK THE MALE QUAKEY TO *********** VETERINARIAN AND A COMPLETE WELLNESS CHECK WAS PERFORMED 10/26/23. RECEIVED LAB REPORT AND THE MALE QUAKER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HIGH WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT AND REQUIRES ANTIBIOTIC. LEFT VOICE MAIL, TEXT MESSAGE AND EMAIL 10/29/23 WITH NO RESPONSE FROM ****. i SPENT $1,050 IN MEDICAL BILLS THAT I REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT, WITH NO RESPONSE FROM DALLA PARROT AND ****.

Good morning ************************ you are doing well. I have sent you text message explaining that we received your message on a day that we are closed. I will have our manager **** give you a call and come up with a resolution that will work for everyone. As a matter of policy, we do NOT reimburse for medical expenses. If you bird is determined sick or unsuitable for you then you are welcome to bring them back under your 10 days warranty for an exchange and we would be more than happy to honor that warranty. 5 starsDallas parrots is one of the nicest and cleanest parrot shops Ive been to in the country. Very friendly staff and the birds are well take care of and hand tamed and ready for new owners. This place is great! We bought my husband a baby blue Quaker for Fathers Day and she was not ready to come home. ***** and his crew hand feed her formula int she was ready to come home. We picked her up and she is healthy and happy. They provided me with all the information I needed to take care of our baby. I forgot to ask a question and I texted them and received a reply in less than 20 minutes. They are great! Highly recommend this place.Dallas Parrots

5 starsI love this store!! We have had birds most of our adult life, and the new baby caique we just got from Dallas parrots is so sweet and tame! You can tell they really put the time into socializing this baby!! And he eats pellets, chop, and is very healthy! What an awesome experience!Review fromAndrea F

5 starsDallas Parrots is an exceptional place to purchase a bird of any type if you are a local in his area or out of state, as I am. Fahad is tremendous at communicating and makes the out of state purchase seamless. He went over and beyond when I purchased my Goffin Cockatoo on 9/5/22, the flights were delayed and he personally went to the airport to check on the bird and provide extra food! I will say it was a great pleasure in working with Dallas Parrots not only for the customer service but the warranty, health and nature of the birds. He keeps lines of communication open even after the purchase is completed and well beyond that with follow up calls/messages. 5 starsFinding a healthy baby parrot from a reputable, safe place is extremely difficult. Many people sell birds, but there is no telling what you are going to get, what shape they will be in or if you will receive a bird at all (scams). Dallas Parrots is amazing. You pick your bird up at their store, not being forced to ship without ever laying eyes on your bird. When you visit their store it is very clean and has many beautiful baby birds both out on perches and in their containers to see. They have everything you need to care for your parrot. Food, toys, cages etc. Most important, it was obvious how much they all love their birds and how much their birds love them. This was our first bird experience and they spent hours, patiently ensuring we were completely prepared to bring our baby home. And it didn't stop there. Several times we reached out with concerns and they promptly and happily answered our questions. If you are looking for a healthy, happy baby, here is the place. It's worth the drive, it's worth the cost.
