I signed a contract with Burton Fencing to install a solar gate March 1. I was told if I paid cash, I could get a discounted price. I paid the full price and still have a non functioning gate. Mr. ****** has scheduled multiple days when he said he would come out to fix my problems, then he does not show up and does not message. Although he has been paid in full, it looks like I will have to hire someone else to finish the job.Business response

Mr. ****** did come out when I was not at home and took the video of the gate opening and closing. The problem was the gate would get hung up on the ground and would not close. As you can see in his video he only open the gate part way and then closes it not letting it open all the way where is would get stuck. He did come back later and attempt to reprogram the gate, but he did not know how to do it so he left saying he would return in a few days to fix the problem. After over a week with a gate that would not function and Mr. ****** not returning my calls or responding to my text messages I reached out to the BBB. I have since hired someone else to program the gate paying them for the job I had already paid Mr. ****** to complete.
