After placing order ********* I received an email from vendor to check measurement on openings and suggested to send free samples on colors selected. At no time was any extra charge could take place, I was told rhe order would be placed in HOLD. Today when I phoned in the corrected measurements ( the change was less than 6 inches in total) I was told there was an extra charge of $90 dollars, and I could not use the original payment form, that it needed to be charged on a credit card. I feel this is a fraud or scam. Your help will be appreciated.Review from Kimberly G

They advertise 1-3 business days to do Blinds. ***** ** ******** I spent almost a thousand dollars on blinds for my windows on May 6, 2024. Nine days later, no updates and the items are still not shipped. I contacted customer service for a refund because it's taking so long. Only to be told that a refund is not possible. This is the first and the last time I'm doing business with these people. I REGRET this purchase!Blindster Response

We do apologize for any misunderstanding, We do advertise 1-3 days on some products but not all. When you check out you will see your actual ship-out date and the time that it will take for the product to ship, once the product goes into production a new email will be sent to you with updated dates of shipping. The product you ordered does take 7-9 business days to produce and on May 17th your product shipped and has since been delivered. We do apologize for any misunderstanding and management will be reaching out to you to resolve any further concerns.Review from Carol B

Jacob, we are so sorry the color was not what you desired for your order. We did view the pictures and the color you purchased was white and the shade you received was correct. I ordered two(2) window blinds from Blindster, and I did not receive the correct size wands to operate the blinds. The wands included were 9 inches long, while a typical blind wand measures 29 inches long. My windows are behind my kitchen sink and countertop, and we could not reach the wand without a step stool. I contacted their customer service department to tell them we needed the standard-size ones. I spoke with Cindy, who was very unconcerned about the problem. She said these are the wands they use, and if I wanted one of the other options, the cost was $10.00 each, plus shipping, and would void my warranty. How can a wand that hangs on a hook and does not touch the product, void a warranty? I asked her why there was no option for the standard size during the ordering process, and she replied the wands included are a child safety product. They make two (2) other sizes, but you do not get the choice because they say the standard size is a child hazard. How could a child be injured with a straight wand? It is not the string lifts, like the old type blinds, that posed a chance of a child getting caught in, they would be a safety concern. The extra cost of the standard wands was not the issue, but voiding my warranty was wrong. If this is the product and customer service they provide, I recommend finding a different company that provides good customer service and quality products.Review from Luis B

Blinds deteriorated after two years. The Material started to fall apart, i will not recommend this product for duration and warranty.Blindster Response

Our warranty is limited, and your order is outside of our warranty since it was purchased in 2018, however, we do want to see what we can do to assist you and to make sure you have a product that is functional. Blindster, apart from their many fantastic sales that I have gone wild in, have been fantastic to work and purchase from. Their communication concerning my orders has always been clear and, when my mother-in-law lost hardware from one of our window treatments while cleaning the house, I reached out to their support and they literally just sent the replacement hardware with no questions asked. Thank you Cindy for your help!! We had an issue with one of our blinds being stuck it wouldn’t go back up. Cindy was able to check on this with us sending pictures and in the end ordered us a new replacement. All went very smoothly!Blindster Response
