            I got a Unit from Efficient Air Houston at my home address 2 years ago. I was not informed about any maintainance plan that was needed other than 5 years maintenance was covered. I reached out to Efficient Air Houston last year in July by email to ask about the maintaintance and I got no reply. Now my AC Unit is not working and they will not honor the Warrenty because of the Maintaintance issue even though I reached out and did not receive any information when I asked about it. I have called multiple times and have been told it will be about $1100 to fix and that is on me. I have emailed 4 times asking for a manager or supervisor to contact me and I have not received any replies or calls. I just want this to be worked out and the AC to be fixed, especially with the 100+ degree heat everyday.

            Efficient Air is the Best air conditioning company I’ve ever dealt with They are fast , reliable and surprisingly affordable compared to so many other AC companies.. I’ve had to deal with several ac companies over the years while being employed with a large multi home rental company and the air conditioners were a constant issue .. Efficient air was probably the most professional, honest and transparent ac company of all .
