I purchased an air conditioner and heating system from the company to install. The installation went well, and I was pleased. I opened the attic door, and I saw that the attic tent was ripped and left wide open. I called Safe air to see if they would come out and look at and fix it. The lady to who I was connected automatically said she did not do it, and they were not going to fix it. I asked if someone would come and look at it because it was not ripped and wide open before they installed the ac. They had to unzip it even to access the attic, she said no! I provided them with photos as well. I reached out to the sales rep Duane, and he said the tent was not ripped or open when went into the attic to give me an estimate, and he zipped it back when he came out of the attic. He said it was their fault and they were going to fix it. I have called multiple times no one will return my call Duane says the owner will call me and I have not received a call. I am requesting my attic tent be fixed or replaced.Customer response
