I went to the service center for an oil change and tire rotation with a pre scheduled appointment and I was there over two hours. I gave them a rating on google of 2 stars and wrote what I just said. I then returned yesterday 4/7/22 for another oil change. Giving them another chance, even though they charge $99.99 for a simple oil change. They said the increase was due to the cost of oil. I sat an appointment. When I arrived they took my car back then a gentleman told me that he really wanted to work on my car but he could not because they are trying to get their ratings up? I was confused so he further explained that as long as there is a low score, that I gave them on google, his boss would not allow him to work on my car. Insinuating that if I would change my score he could then work on my car. I was shocked! I explained that good customer scores are warned not received by billing the customers!

I purchased a side mirror from JOE MYERS KIA on October 11,2021 for $267.46 they gave me the wrong part. So I informed them they sent me the wrong part. They re order the correct part that I didn't need anymore. The part was returned on October 14,2021 at 11:07a.m I had one of their employees sign a receipt that he took the part. I contacted them to get my credit and they are saying we kept the part and we paid for the difference of $44.84 for the correct part that cost $312.40. We asked them to provide me with a check number indicating paying the difference. Which they were not able to provide to me. I've gone to their store multiple times asking to speak to the manager Charles. Every time I arrive I am informed he is not in the office, he is gone and etc. We are in November 30,2021 and still haven't heard from them I've called multiple of times, got placed on hold and I get the run around. My husband also placed an order from them over the phone today 11/30/21 they took his credit card information. When he called back to follow up on the part they said it was never ordered and didn't have any information from him. Its a discrimination the way they are treating us. What guarantees me that person who took my husband order wrote down his credit card number down and can commit fraud. After how they are treating me I don't know what to think anymore. It's not difficult giving me my money back for a part that was returned to them. It may not be much for them but I work hard to earn that money and I cant just give away $267.46.
