I would like to submit a complaint regarding the local College Hunks moving services located in Keller, **, a suburb of **. *****, **. The Manager's name is **** - Tel#************. I was treated disrespectfully by the Mgt, and the services were not in alignment with the amount that I was charged. This past weekend, July 27th, I hired my local Ft. Worth College Hunks for a move job which I thought would be an easy stress-free move. However, it was the opposite. One hour into the move after all of my furniture was loaded onto their rental truck obtained from Enterprise enroute to my new home, their truck broke down. Consequently, for the next 5.5 hours it was a total nightmare because they did not have a back-up plan to immediately replace the truck. I had to wait until they were able to obtain a new truck. They finally arrived w/ my furniture, but they did not have tools to properly dismantle and move some of my furniture to my desired location. Also, my mattresses were returned to me with black dirt grime and three of my furniture pieces were scratched. Mgt expected the full price, excluding the time that the truck stopped, in addition to an extra amount which I was not quoted earlier in the month over the phone. I was inconvenienced a great deal and the customer service of the local Mgt was extremely disheartening to say the least. I wanted to get what I paid for, but it was totally the opposite of my expectations. I will not use the Ft. Worth College Hunks division in the future.I was originally quoted $605 and they charged me $780.The service provided did not warrant the cost.I want a refund for my inconvenience.Initial Complaint

My TV was damage and a claim (Claim #*******) was filed. I've made several call and waited 30 days after my move to give this vendor suffice time to make it right and they refused. Not honoring a damage claim even after paying additional $275 supplemental insurance is fraudulent. Upon unpacking we had even more damages to our kitchen appliances.
