In the morning, google gave high rating of this business with Google Guaranteed check mark. In the afternoon, I no longer can find any review on this business? Technician came and immediately told me that the compressor is gone and it will cost me $950 to replace. He only open and close the fridge door on time/didn't check anything else. I said no, it would cost me the same to buy a new one. I later call my friend that remind me that my fridge should have at least 5 years warranty on closed system. IT WAS A SCAM collecting $89 of service money.

Definitely a scam. Walked in my house and told me that my compressor was gone before he even looked at my refrigerator. Kept telling me he was a repairman that he just knew. Told me it would be $1095.00. Then got his phone out started showing me refrigerators that his boss had for sale. Asking what kind of refrigerator did I want to buy. Said mine wasn't under warranty, but later i found out it did have a 10 year on the compressor. It was a very strange experience, definitely this is not a company to call. They are only out to scam people and try to sell one of their products. Wish I had read more reviews before I called them.

Max advertised that they repair all brands of appliances. When the technician arrived, he told me that they don’t service Miele which is what I needed. He was unprepared to service the others and performed no diagnostics to see what the issues were on the other two appliances. He was slow at submitting a bid for repairs. With no diagnostics, I question if the repairs would fix anything. The bid was a lot higher than a competitive bid I have received on the part of the needed repairs where I could make a comparison.

I wish I would have read more reviews on this company. ****** has them as a sponsored company, so I thought I was using a reputable company. They were able to send someone the next day which was great, the guy came out for my dryer and he seemed confused most of the time but I just disregarded it. He then spent most of the time on his phone doing who knows what, just to tell us we need all of these parts totalling about $400. I was wondering how he even got to see what I was talking about because I never heard power tools, drilling, any kind of noise that he was really doing anything. I have 2 toddlers so I couldn't stand and just watch what he was doing. He said we needed a new belt, belt piece and some other part. He said it would take about 6 days to get in. We told him we'd think about it and just paid the service fee and he left. My husband decided since it was already taken apart he would look at it. The belt had come off and just needed to be put back on the track. Literally took minutes to fix. Waste of money, feels like a scam. I only spent the cost of the service call, but still $90 for no reason to some scammy company doesn't sit right with me. Please go somewhere else, there's plenty of other appliance repairs in Houston. The only reason I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star is because they were able to schedule me in very quickly.

This company based right in next neighborhood. I used them 4-5 times, every single time they send the same guy, his name Eli, very positive and knowledgeable gentlemen. Last time they fixed mu oven, saved my money from spending thousands of dollars. Also owner of the business always answers to to all questions and they give 30$ discount to return customers. it is good to have this kind of company in your neighborhood

This is a scam business. They sent out a technician who said the part for my dishwasher was on back order. I found the part with a 5 minute google search. Seems like they collect a service fee with no intention of repairing the appliance.

Echoing the same terrible reviews others have given. While they were able to send a technician out quickly the first time, on the second visit they brought the wrong part and promised they would order it and call the next day to let us know when they would be coming back. We called them four times with no answers, then was told the part does not exist anymore. When I asked for a refund the person I spoke with on the phone got so worked up and refused to connect me with a manager. They told me the managers name is Max (ironic if it actually is), that they didn’t know Max’s last name and that they would call me back tomorrow. Made multiple claims that they called us multiple times, but also told us they had no news about a part until yesterday (on our third call). And then after hanging up on me called and yelled at my fiancé that I was wrong and that they will not be refunding us! All number used to call them and any call backs aren’t linked to their business online. Very unprofessional and rude.

WARNING: Scam business. Will collect service and never return to repair appliance. I called 5 times in 5 days and each time they said to wait for a few minutes and then they hang up. BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam.

Terrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this company. My heating element in my dryer went out and they wanted to charge me almost $400! Insanity. I could buy a new dryer for that amount. Also, the tech that came out took it upon himself to start lifting the weights in our home gym in the garage while I was chatting about the dryer. I declined and paid the $90 fee for him to take it apart and put it back together. What an absolute waste of money.

Agitator works fine in the washer but the basket does not spin. Guy comes out in his own small car wearing his own clothes - no company branding at all - looks underneath & says all is well there but I need a new control panel dial. Says the part costs $220.00 & total cost to me will be $390.00 & it will take 4 - 5 days to order (turned out to be 10). Comes back out & has trouble removing the old one. Finally gets it out, puts in the new one but the basket still does not spin. Now tells me I need a new motor & the repair will cost about $700.00. I decline the repair but he has trouble putting the old dial back in & bends the faceplate & breaks the plastic handle stem & has to force a small screw in to get it to hold. Faceplate & line on the dial do not match up so now I have to guess where to start the wash cycle so I can at least wash even though I have to hand wring to put in the dryer. In my opinion, this is a very minor league outfit that charges big league prices. I will never use this company for anything ever again.
