DO NOT HIRE this company. They will damage your house and withhold your property. Last night we had a huge debacle with this moving company where the owners refused to release our property when their workers broke a PVC line within our home while removing the washer. The damage caused by their incompetent workers flooded the entire front room, entryway, part of the kitchen and the garage. the workers did clean up the water however, they wanted to charge us for not only the damage that was caused, but force us to pay without completing the job and refused to return our property until an almost $500 bill was paid. The authorities were called for them to release our property. However, they kept stating and they made up policy that they cannot release any property until the bill is paid. We never received a contract or an agreement nor were they signed the entire time, the owners or managers, that we spoke to continually denied that there was any wrongdoing tried to mislead not only me, but also the officer and continually forced or tried to state that payment was due before any more work would be completed. Hello, this client had a damaged and very old water outlets. Instead of accepting their old pvc pipes were already old and covered in corrosion they try to blame it on our movers. We have photos but this app will not let us attach it. We told this client its old and they wanted us to take it off anyway and then want a free move because of this. Moving is not free .

They deserve less that this one star. Rat infested storage, and no action from the company. Check on your stuff. This company moved and stored my household “everything” into a rat infested storage area. When I received my furniture and stored goods there was rats feces and urine in and on the mattresses, furniture and boxes. My Bowflex bike handles are chewed through to the metal. The rats chewed on my dining room table legs and chairs legs and on my office table legs, as well as, on legs of my bed and counter chairs. I’m opening boxes that have rat feces in them. I threw out my king and full sized mattresses because they smell of urine. The third party movers pulled up to my house and said, “did they tell you anything, your stuff was stored in a rat infested area” I immediately called the person who “contacted me about my Saturday morning delivery but said nothing about the situation when he called me to verify my address and delivery time” and said, “they said my stuff was stored in a rat infested area”. He said “who said that”. “The movers”. The movers opened the truck up for me to see rat urine all over my king size Mattress. I called the company back and “” said send me pictures” I did. He said throughout my call that the “owner” was aware is the situation, and I should have an answer tomorrow”. Tomorrow came and went and when I reach out today, radio silence, no response. I recommend that you check on your stuff If you have your stuff stored with this company. I went with this company on a recommendation. Sickened, disgusted. But check your stuff. $162 a month for storage. I’ve had to fog and spray for crawling bug. Deep clean Everything. And trash my furniture, mattresses… And still nothing from trios company about paying me for the damages. If You aren’t capable then don’t pretend that you are.

Hello, for all storage we advise clients that we do not offer insurance and they must have all items covered and protected correctly. The client in question did not have her belongings stored correctly.

The movers damaged my wood flooring on the steps and have refused to answer e-mails, calls, even after sending pictures and a video. The movers did not use a floor run as requested to protect the floors. Don't do business with them they will damage your property knowingly and not tell you and rush to leave. Bad business go somewhere else if you want better quality. I wish I could give a 0 for the rating. Just want professionalism and did not receive it at all or any resolve just childish behavior.
