Got est for the move for 2 trucks and 4 guys only 1 truck showed up we had a extremely large amount of goods 4 guy s Showed only 3 worked Forman did nothing except smoke inside the truck with all of our furniture in it the just there stuff in truck we had a lot things damaged I declined the damage wavier . We were moving from new Braunfels tc to Seguin Tx 45 min Drive they arrived around 9 am with only 1 truck so that thur everything out of sorts as we wanted to just make 1 trip but we ended up with 2 trip s n turn took additional 4 hrs the finshed around 9 pm they left trash and broken glass at our old resident I sent additional 2 hrs cleaning up after them They just thur stuff in truck with no consideration of doing damage to articles so weeks after we start unpacking and inspecting items there was a lot damage and again I declined ins coverage but I should not have to worrie about it if it professional moved but it was the worst experience every it was extremely difficult on my wife as she see how our items were treated and we did say something to the Forman but that made no difference . As we go thur stuff there was a lot damage to goods they didn’t want to do the job because it was a large move but again they salesman came out and looked at everything before move . I asking for refund of 700 dollars for damaged goods and only one truck as they charged me additional for a trip charge back forth from new Braunfels to Seguin please help as I whish this on know one it hard enough to move and then add the additional stress with this none professional company’Initial Complaint

Hired Baby Huey's to move our daughter's belongings from Fort Worth to their storage facility in the Houston area. They were hired on 3/28. Move 3/29. I tried contacting them numerous times starting in early April. Each time, I was told (or texted) that truck was still in Fort Worth and that we could come in the following week to access the storage. Then communication went silent. Wasn't until 6/13 that we were informed that the truck caught fire on 4/1 and the belongings were a total loss. We were promised by the owner and the Ops Mgr that we would receive full valuation for our items. The insurance company said different and we only received a bit over $3K for a 2 bedroom home!!! Owner is refusing to repay monies spent to move ($2199) and refusing to step in and honor his promise of us receiving more than the state required minimum. They have lied, dodged, and withheld from us. We were told (in writing) from the owner that we would receive more than minimum and we would be treated fairly. That has not happened...AT ALL. Refusing to answer calls, texts and emails.
