    (04/10/24) When entering the dealership, I was only greeted by one representative, as everyone else was very stand offish and displayed unwelcoming dispositions. The service specialist I made my appointment with wasn’t there when I arrived which already began to make my wait time lengthy upon arriving. He finally came back when my service was nearly complete and said that he was about to send over the diagnostics. I was told that I’d be in and out by 6:45, but the time was approaching 6:45 and there I was still in the waiting area. Another representative approached me and stated that “your representative Jose has left for today, and just gave you to me. He stated that “I should have you out of here by 7.” I said. “Okay that was fine”. He then comes back stating “I was pulling up your car for you to leave, and it showed a system malfunction on the dashboard.” Please keep in mind that in the nearly 2 years of owning my car NEVER since owning my BMW X3 have I had any dash lights (except the tire pressure) pop up since owning it. Now at almost 8pm He then offers to give my 4 year old daughter and I an Uber home! Never offering us a loaner vehicle or checking to see if one was available. He just advised me to call back tomorrow morning for an update on my car. (04/11/24) at 8:37 AM I call to check in on my vehicle, and my representative Jose still isn’t at work. The CS person said he would call me back when he gets in. I then call a few hours later to set up the Uber back to BMW of West Houston for my wife to go pick up our vehicle. She gets the vehicle & departs back to our home. Almost home, she notices that the check engine light comes on. Now we make another appointment with BMW of West Houston @ 10:30 AM on (04/12/24). Why would the check engine light be coming on as soon as we leave the BMW dealership for a FULL SERVICE that we have paid $700 for? Isn’t that the car that you all work on, on a daily basis? Aren’t you BMW. Why is my car coming back home with more problems than when I gave it to you all? I have never experienced anything like this with any dealership no matter the brand. When I took my vehicle to Momentum BMW this was never even considered as an experience. I am very displeased, and would like to speak with HR, Manager, Specialist, or whom ever to resolve this because you all have wasted my time, my money, and have belittled my experience with BMW of West Houston. My follow up will be contacting the BBB as this also resulted in me being late picking up my 2 month old son from day care which cost me another $155 in late penalty.

    I walked in to purchase a used vehicle Saturday. It was sold but the sales man said he had 2012 x5 that had just come in! I briefly saw the car as it was getting cleaned. He told me it had been cleared to sell and had no issues. He told me if the car had major issues they would send it to auction and it wouldn’t be cleared for me to buy. So after talking with the sales guy and explaining that I was a Newley single mom looking for a reliable vehicle for me and my two kids, He assured me the car was good! He even spoke to his manager who said it was cleared to sell. So I trust him and I purchased the 2012 x5 and put down 8k! I waited for hours! The people who were cleaning the car just left it so while we thought it was getting cleaned it wasn’t. I finally get the truck at closing time and the front left axel is broken not to mention the car was dirty and low on gas, and a smoke came from the ac. The noise from the front left axle could be heard heard across the lot when turning. The sales guy told me to just bring it back Monday! I refused and told him I would not drive that off the lot! They gave me a nice loaner that I ended up having for a week because the wrong part was ordered. Friday I’m finally told the car is ready. Keep in mind during the week I asked them to check the ac because I thought I saw steam or something coming out of it and the front windshield was cracked. I get there Friday and the car steering is super tight, the axel is fixed but U turns are ruff and while there is no noise you feel a grinding when turning tight, and the ac does not work on the 3rd row. Honestly the ac killed it for me because the tech said it was electrical and the manager said they wouldn’t fix it because it cost too much and they would just auction the car if I didn’t take it because that’s not a car they would sell on the lot! But they previously told me that this car was good if it wasn’t they wouldn’t sell it to me…..
