            Dealer called and said they need us to immediately sign doc they forgot to have us sign. They sent us blank docs that we had already signed and told us we had to sign the blank docs immediately or we would not get our title and license. First they lied to us about the docs not being signed and they demanded we sign blank legal docs. It is unprofessional and sleazy to demand that we sign blank legal docs. Still not sure what they are trying to hide from us but am extremely upset about the whole situation. No one should be threatened to sign a blank legal doc

            I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 limited from this dealership and it has been a nightmare since day one. The carplay does not work at all when I try to use google maps, the audio in the car is horrible and the volume turns up and down on its own, the screen will also turn off and reset our of nowhere. I brought the issues up to the service department and they took my car in twice both times for a month. Today they called me to pickup my vehicle and they informed me that there was no solution to the issues on my car and that they were sorry but I needed to take my vehicle and they could not do anything else. I feel unsafe driving the car and Toyota did not offer any solution to the issue they sold me a car with defects, meaning they do not make sure that there vehicles are functioning properly before selling it to you. It is a shame and I feel that I am being treated unfairly. I also noticed scratches to the doors in my car after picking it up from service, they also ran my car thru the wash with a window open. Please do not buy from this location they do everything to SCAM you with the prices and are very nice to you until you sign that contract.
