      We purchased a used RAM truck from this dealership. They assured us the truck was in great condition, we were even charged a "dealer recon" fee for the work they had to do on it. We were advised of 1 open recall the truck, that could be taken care of at the Dodge dealership. A few days later the truck started jolting as we shifted down into first. We immediately suspected transmission, Nissan claimed it was due to the recall. Dodge told us that specific recall had been taken care of, but there were FOUR other open recalls on the truck. We had all of them taken care of but the jolting problem persisted. Nissan told us to "give it 2 weeks to even out" but after a few days we told them to take it and figure out the issue. They gave the truck to Dodge to work on, and after 2 weeks, came back with the drive shaft being the issue. After replacing the drive shaft we got the truck back and the problem STILL persisted. Took the truck right back in for the 3rd time. A week later we were told that it was the transmission, but the warranty would only pay for a used transmission. The transmission they sent they claim had 25,000 miles on it, but the technician at Dodge feel they rolled back the miles as the unit is very rusty and has a lot of wear. Plus the transmission is still programmed to the old vehicle making it unusable in ours meaning we have to wait LONGER than the 8 weeks we've already been without the truck. At this point we either want Nissan to take the truck back and give us our down payment (which they have already refused to do) or pay the difference we were advised it would cost for a NEW transmission (about $4k) Its bad enough the advertised price was 26,400 and we ended up paying 38,000 for a vehicle that was not in a condition as advertised.

      Never do Business with this Rip OFF Dealer They lie and cheat sold me a car without MSRP sticker told me it had the Platinum Package which it did not plus they charged me $2999 for Nissan Pro Pack which in reality is a warranty for one year on tire (250) window tint and FOB which i was told is included as a compliment on a purchase of a new car. There is no contract signed by me nor anything else that indicates what i was being charged for. On exploring further this is the same thing that i was charged for ETHOS maintanence which i did sign for but it did not say anywhere what on the document i said for that this was nissan pro package 2999.00 they charged me $175 for ETHOS maintanence now they are saying the document i signed is for Nissan Pro Pack which does not make sense and how come we cannot get refund on a contract for service maintenance at ridiculously price taking advantage of senior citizens like me plus buyers who walks in thinking this is a reliable company just because they have Nissan name attached
