      Never do Business with this Rip OFF Dealer They lie and cheat sold me a car without MSRP sticker told me it had the Platinum Package which it did not plus they charged me $2999 for Nissan Pro Pack which in reality is a warranty for one year on tire (250) window tint and FOB which i was told is included as a compliment on a purchase of a new car. There is no contract signed by me nor anything else that indicates what i was being charged for. On exploring further this is the same thing that i was charged for ETHOS maintanence which i did sign for but it did not say anywhere what on the document i said for that this was nissan pro package 2999.00 they charged me $175 for ETHOS maintanence now they are saying the document i signed is for Nissan Pro Pack which does not make sense and how come we cannot get refund on a contract for service maintenance at ridiculously price taking advantage of senior citizens like me plus buyers who walks in thinking this is a reliable company just because they have Nissan name attached

      I scheduled an appointment for a oil change today (03/02/2023) morning at 7 am CST. When I am booking online it did ask or mode of transportation and I mentioned shuttle needed. I select 7 am first appointment due to my tight schedule and I live 5.4 miles away from the showroom. When I went today morning , the service rep got all the information and I also gave the key, but I asked someone to drop he was saying his shuttle driver will come only by 8.30 am . he was keep on repeating the same statement and he was very rude. when I asked about the manager he said he is the manager. I asked if the shuttle driver comes at 8.30 am then why do you give an option to select. He said its not his website , that is owned by the company. I said why you guys are cheating and being rude like this , he said we are not cheating and if you want leave the car and go by yourself or wait. I have my office at 8 that's the reason I booked my 1st appointment. It was so disappointment that the service people speak irresponsibly. I had to cancel the appointment. there was not even a apology asked by the representative. worst customer service behaviour.

      On Nov 30 I went to Shottenkirk Nissan to look at Altimas. I found a car and said I’d be back on Friday with others. The Sales Rep said it was the last day of the month and they hadn’t met their EOM number yet. He presented me with a walkout price of $25k. I said I didn’t want the Nissan Pro Pack so he could remove the $650 but he refused saying it had to be there per Nissan. I thanked him but said I’d consider it and would probably be back Friday. He then offered $24.8 with no oil changes. I snapped a picture of that deal but still wasn’t sold. The Sales Mgr came over talking about he wanted the deal. I told him I didn’t want the Nissan Pro Pack. He said Nissan requires cars be sold with it and there was nothing he could do. I also showed him how the taxes shown were inflated and above 6.25%. He then offered $24.5 and said we’ll throw in oil changes etc. I said ok and asked him to redo the paperwork to reflect that deal so I could pay. He left and came back a while later saying the computers went down and we had to finish everything the next day. I asked about the EOM talk and he said he’d back date the paperwork due to our deal being worked out that day so I left. The next day the Sales Mgr told me Nissan incentives changed and he can no longer honor the $24.5 price and I needed to add $1k to the walkout price. I then spoke with the GM who said I walked out on the deal the day before and everything was off the table. I contested so he said he’d honor the $25k offer. He called in the Sales Mgr who changed his story of the events -- yet admitted he told me $1k above at $25.5 which confirmed the $24.5 offer… the GM still acted like that didn’t happen. When I told him I had a picture of the $24.8 offer and mentioned the computer shutting down which is the only reason I left… he confirmed the computer shut down yet still acted surprised and said he’d honor only $24.8 with no oil changes or anything else because I had the picture of that particular offer.

      This dealership is now named *********** Nissan Katy. Do business with them at your own risk. Supposedly, this dealership has a “required” add-on called “*********** Care”. It added an additional cost of $3000 to the price of the car. I was not about to pay for that. Also, they added $899 for lifetime tint. Really? Also, there was a Dealer Reconditioning Fee of $1899. Unbelievable. Those additional fees increased the price of the vehicle to almost $6000. Actually, the cost of these add-ons would be more than $6000 once you add the interest being charged on the loan. Who do they think I am? I don’t have the word fool written across my forehead. How are you going to “require” me to add those fees to the price of the vehicle? Why would anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership that has all those so-called “required” fees added to the cost of the loan? It’s just ridiculous. As my dad would say, “That don’t even make good nonsense.” That was just the Basic Package, there are two additional package levels that include these fees along with other stuff like nitrogen for your tires, and other ridiculous fees. I told them that my credit union has already approved me for financing and that I will just finance the car through my credit union and not be “required” to add those junk fees to the cost of the vehicle. The finance manager told me they don’t like to take outside financing. Well, it’s their loss, because I’m moving on. I've come to the conclusion the reason they don't like to take outside financing is that the credit union is not going to allow all those junk fees in the loan contract. This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a car. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. *****************************************************************************************************************************************************

      Worst financing experience! During my experience, I encountered unprofessional, fraudulent, dishonest, and non helpful employees. Never will I be taken advantage of by another dealership!! Update: I reached out to my salesman and loyalty manager Taylor for resolution. Taylor stated I would be given refund for the unauthorized extended warranty purchase made by Shac in finance. Taylor asked that I send pictures of my current mileage. I sent a picture and video to Taylor. I never received a response from Taylor, so I contacted the company about the cancellation status and they stated they never received request to cancel. I don’t plan to keep this car much longer! I hate the buying experience and the people I bought this car from. I will be reporting to BBB! Take your business to a place that does not employ so many liars, manipulators and fraudulent people!
