I'm not really sure where to start on this review, so sit back and buckle up. We had a pool installed at our home in The Heights, and it was a horrible experience once construction started. I wanted to make sure we did our due diligence meeting with pool builders in Katy/Fulshear before starting this project. I contacted about eight different builders and made the decision to go with US Pools for several reasons: 1. I spoke with Colt, the owner, on the phone several times and felt like his attention to detail and meticulousness was exactly what we were looking for, and he would be the one overseeing the construction, not a PM 2. They use higher quality steel to reinforce the gunite 3. Their pricing on travertine decking was unbeatable 4. The didn't try to upsell us on equipment, plaster, tile, or decking, but were happy to answer the plethora of questions we had 5. Every time we texted or called with a question, Colt or Tracy were prompt and professional We heard some absolute horror stories about pool construction during the pandemic, so we really had no idea what to expect. Not only was the work amazing, but they finished in less than two months. Each crew that came to our home was extremely professional, polite, and did quality work. I saw some really awful tile and decking jobs around Katy, but the guys who did the travertine and tile were excellent. They also fixed drainage issues we were having, so our yard no longer floods. Colt kept us updated about times/schedules through the entire construction process, and always got back to us right away whenever we called or texted. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, including fixing an un-level gate (we didn't ask them to - they just did it!). Our dogs really love the pool and it's great when they let us use it! It's really a show stopper and photos don't do it justice. I would use US Pool again and would gladly refer them to friends/family looking to have a pool built.

We love our US Pool! From start to finish, the experience has been nothing but professionalism. Colt takes his time to understand what his buyers like and guides them through every step of the process. He is present throughout the build process providing recommendations for best results. The outcome was a fabulous pool and lots of great memories being made.

We built our backyard oasis with Colt 4 years ago. Colt was amazing, stuck to our budget and made recommendations on his real world experience. Colt is a pool builder, not a construction company that got into the pool business. We have had maintenance questions and such come up over time. Colt responds to us quickly and personally and provides his knowledge. So nice to find someone who provides service after the sale. Next house we will call Colt to build with us. If your on the fence you will not go wrong with Colt and U.S. pool

Colt was amazing to work with. Very professional. He worked very hard for us as we had a limited budget.
